ic: Eren was out yet for another patrol, risking his dear life for the cruel monsters that could erase humanity if not for people alike him. He knew that in his strong and stubborn heart that he may possibly not make it back, he would not possibly see his friends or.. Armin. He never knew how to explain it but he had felt a.. different feeling than others when it came to Armin. Armin was his closest friend other than Mikasa and he protected him, especially when they were kids. Mikasa and Eren had protected and beat up anyone who hurt their dear friend, because they cared for him. But Eren and Armin grew closer in their friendship, despite Mikasa being "over-attached" to Eren.
He didn't see it coming. He never would see it coming, but it came. He was almost gone from the walls before he saw Armin. He didn't know what he wanted from the taller male but it brought a smile on his face when he saw the blond. He never expected the kiss but his cheeks flushed to a deep crimson color when he felt the smaller male press their lips together. It was rushed, he could tell, as Armin ran away quickly from him afterwards. Eren just stood there for a few moments before pressing a hand to his lips, the feeling of their lips connecting still lingered as his heart start to pick up in speed. He sighed and slowly shook his head, turning away and walking off to patrol the area, wary.
Why did he do that? He didn't know but it did have one certain thought in his mind.
He had to survive the patrol.

The titans were.. another thing of themselves, they were unexplained by the human race. It seemed that they have no train of thought other than killing off the humans one by one. It hurt him to know that each day, more and more of his fellow comrades died because of these foul and horrific creatures.
And he feared deep down.
That he would be next to be eaten.
He stopped walking as the thought came to him. If he died out here.. How would his friends react? It scared him to think about it. Especially with Armin.
He placed his hand on his lips as he could feel the sensation of their brief kiss, his cheeks flushing from embarrassment.
He had to survive. The thought lingered in his mind as he went out to his patrol.
He saw countless people die, and he tried his best to save them. But their deaths would not be in vain.
Eight hours later, he came back, the walls opening up for him and others as they had grim faces from the countless deaths and lives lost to the monsters.[/fancypost] |

This wasn't the first time he changed schools but he never knew what to expect in any school, personalities were different in most of his friends and others, just wanting to be friends with mostly everyone. He waved to some random students, humming a light tune to himself. Since he was a naturally happy person, it wasn't at all hard for him to make friends. Heck, he'll probably have more than twenty friends by next week. He noticed some of the girls checking him out and flashed a small smile to them, not really saying anything. He felt a bit bad since he was gay, not really wanting anything more than friendship with any female. He felt their eyes on him as she looked over to them, flashing a small smile and wave before pulling out his cellphone to respond to some texts he had. 'Hey, what's up? 'Have a nice day at school, son.' 'Text me later, kay?' He viewed his texts with a sigh before sliding his phone in his pocket, the bell ringing as class started. He wrote down notes but wasn't really interested in the class as his mind was elsewhere. He was only child with the added bonus that his mother had died in an accident a few years back.
