Appearance:
Vella appears to be around 25 years old, with long baby blue hair reaching to her knees. She has icy blue eyes with blue eyeliner and mascara that she always is wearing. Her tattoo on her chest is her family crest, in which she has had since she was a child. Her outfit is a shihakusho with a white torso and gray sleeves with a captain's haori. She wears thigh high boots that match her shihakusho.

Personality:
Vella is a stubborn person, who desires to be more powerful than anyone else. She tends to use her head a lot in battle, which she feels is important in gaining power. Vella often tolerates other Shinigami, but there are times where her patience and calm demeanor wears thin. She is said to be a great leader of her squadron, even if she does go a bit too overboard in her fights most of the time with the Hollow. At times, she can have a very arrogant attitude, that she does in fact know is present.

Family:
Vella was born as an only child with two parents that are still alive. (I'm not sure if I'll ever have them show up in the roleplay, both because I don't know what I'll do just yet and because I don't know if Kanareta will be okay with it)

Death:
She froze to death while hiking a mountain with her friends for a vacation.

Weapon:
An ice-based zanpakutou that has a key source of manipulation over both weather and the element itself. The blade itself is a dazzling icy blue, with a white handle and a small crystal that hangs from a short chain on the hilt. The sheath is white, and the sword is noted to be cold to anyone who comes close to the blade. Both her releases increase Vella's speed and strength, but it is not overly different from the expected captain-level bankai.

Releases (If applicable):
Shikai- The weapon is called out through the phrase ", Tosho (Frostbite)." The blade itself doesn't change, but the ambient becomes thick with reiatsu and the temperature suddenly drops at an extreme rate. Vella gains the power over this cold wind to attack her opponents, and at some points she can even create small shards of frost to attack her opponents with. The majority of her attacks in this state are wind-based (ie gusts of wind or small tornadoes/whirlwinds).
Bankai- The bankai of "Tosho" (Frostbite) is called "Mahi Towa Todo" (Paralyzing Permafrost). The blade becomes covered in sharp, jagged structured of ice that starts at the top of the hilt guard. Within this form, Vella is now able to freeze objects she comes into contact with, completely covering the object/area in ice structures within fifteen seconds of a single touch of her blade. This ice is capable of being broken but not with ease. Her final move is called "Eien no Fuyu" (Eternal Winter); a move that is said to freeze anything within the path that she swings her blade, sealing it away within a wall of ice. This move too can be avoided/broken, if the opponent is strong enough to 'endure' (ie break) the Eternal Winter. This moves consequences involve the fact that the power is not obsolete, and thus will not always seal an opponent but just trap them for several moments.

First of all, for those who came from the previous reboot thread, I am so sorry that I have to do this >~< I want to try to have one thread (made by me) that doesn't really die out, and I don't think that's happened yet. Thank you for coming back to roleplay with me and have fun!

Synopsis:
The new year has marked the beginning of 2045 as well as the end of the third World War. Countries all throughout the world are beginning to recover from the mass destruction that had occurred. One of those countries is the United States, where a rebellion has begun from citizens refusing to comply to the government's demands to place everything in order again. (This is because they feel that the way the government does things results in wars such as the one that just ended.) Due to this, the military has to take action against the rebels, who are spread out across the map, avoiding the government at all costs, all while necessary supplies are scarce. It is apparent that the rebels need to be careful with who they trust if they want to ultimately find a way to win their own (new and internal) war.
