Spiritpaws heart sank. Talking or thinking of her mentor always made her feel bored and restricted. But that's was goody toms liked to talk about, right? . . . If she was talking to Scarpaw it would be about something exciting like revenge or stealing prey across borders. "My mentor in Goldenleap," she mewed, trying her best to sound interested. She faked a shiver and pressed into him. "It's cold," she mewed giggling.

Spiritpaw smiled prettily. "I would love to train with you," she purred. She would have to be careful though. When Scarpaw and her practiced, it was with moves that could kill. She gazed out of the den, longing to be with him. . . Deep somewhere inside of her a feeling grew for Scarpaw. Could it be possible that someone so evil as her could love? She sighed, toying with Birchpaw was torturous. She had no feelings for him at all. . But she would do anything to help and impress Scarpaw. She turned to Birchpaw and licked his forehead. "Once you see me fight, you'll drop dead in love." If only... that could really happen.
-
Spiritpaw quickly thought of somewhere the tom would think romantic. "The willow by the river," she mewed. She gave her soft, lush fur a quick lick. "We can go right now if you want. You can lean on my shoulder and we can walk slowly." She purred softly and leaned in close to him. "I'll show you the path to my heart. . . Although, you are already making me fall in love."
-
Spiritpaw hissed loudly. Who would dare! She snapped the stick under her paws in anger. "Who's there?" she growled. She bit her tongue realizing that she was being to harsh in front of Birchpaw. "That really hurt," she mewed, batting her eyes at Birchpaw and faking pain.
-
Spiritpaw smiled sweetly back. She couldn't wait to break his heart. . . It would have to be after he was deeply in love with her though, but with the progress she was making, it wouldn't be long. "Yeah, lets go. It will be so romantic" She helped him up and let him lean on her shoulder. She began to help him out of the den.
OOC: Mannyheart, did you read the beginning of the story about Spiritpaw and Scarpaw's plans?
-
OOC: Yes, pretty much. Just making sure that everyone is on the same page. :)
Spiritpaw purred as they walked to the willow. When they arrived she sighed happily and laid down under the beautiful tree. "Come and join me," she mewed to Birchpaw. "The view is amazing from here."
-
Spiritpaw blushed genuinely. No tom had ever called her beautiful to her face before. That didn't keep her mind off her plan for long though. She playfully pushed him and pounced on top of him. "Not quite as handsome as you are," she mewed and licked his chest.
-
"Birchpaw," the she-cat mewed, laying down against his chest. "I think I've fallen in love with you."
-
Spiritpaw smiled. Scarpaw had finally come to rescue her from the tortures of pretending to be in love. "I have to go," she told Birchpaw, giving him one last lick on the forehead. She sprang away, padding into the woods in harmony with Scarpaw.
-
Spiritpaw blinked her beautiful eyes in disbelief. "You're serious?" she gasped. "Oh, no." She hanged her head and growled deeply. "We have to work around her. Either that or lead her into a trap."
-
"I have to go and convince Birchpaw that it's not true," Spiritpaw growled at Scarpaw angrily. She took a deep breath and turned on her paws, bounding back toward the willow. "Birchpaw, Birchpaw!" she called as she ran up to him. "They're liars! They are just jealous of me because they like you also!" She batted her pretty eyes and crouched down, looking weak and defenseless.
-
"I love you, Birchpaw!" Spiritpaw mewed faking tears and a sob. "I would never do anything to hurt you. Come with me. Don't listen to those liars. We can be together forever. Just you and I."
-
"Birchpaw, help!" She went limp and cried out. "She's crazy! She's attacking her own clan mate!" Deep inside she burned with hate. She would in no other circumstance not fight back. Spiritpaw swore to herself that she would never downgrade herself so much as this again. And as soon as she got her chance, she would have her revenge on Kendlepaw.
-
Spiritpaw choked, coughing up blood. "Birchpaw," she called, this time truly in pain. "Hhhelp meee." She raised her paw and threw it at Kendlepaw, aiming for her eye.
-
"Birchpaw," Spiritpaw, muttered. "You came for me." She coughed, acting more injured than she really was. "Even if she can read minds, that doesn't mean that she isn't lying. She's just jealous. . . because she knows how much you love me." She brushed his cheek with her soft, lacey tail. "I love you so much."
-
Spiritpaw felt the warmth of Scarpaw's body and the gentle moving rhythm of his strong shoulders. "I-I'm sorry," she sighed deeply. "I'm a failure." She breathed his smell in and smiled slightly. It was a relief to finally get away from that goody tom, Birchpaw. She wanted to stay on Scarpaw's back forever, striding through the beautiful rainy woods and being so close to him. She opened her eyes and braced herself. Was she in love with him?
-
Spiritpaw blinked. Was it just her, or was Scarpaw being extra kind and gentle with her. "Yes," she hissed, her heart pounding with anger at the she-cats who ruined their plan. "We will have our revenge. Then we will rule the warrior nation. Our names will be great within this forest and we will have many slaves beneath us." She smirked and batted at Scarpaw playfully, pretending him to be one of her innocent servants. "Bow down my slave. Tell me that I am the most evil and beautiful she-cat in the warrior nation, or I will crush you under my paws!"
-
Spiritpaw squealed cutely and batted Scarpaw's ear. "I guess we'll find out when it happens. First of all, we must think of a new plan." Her mystic blue eyes glimmered. "Deception through my beauty was working. . . until those she-cats messed everything up. . ." She looked up at Scarpaw and smirked. "It's your time to act. . . We'll make a trap for all three of them, having our revenge and our increase in power." She unsheathed her claws. She loved when things got bloody.
OOC: Or you can join us on the dark side. ;) Any plot twists are welcome. . . I love an exciting story. Kendlepaw doesn't have a love interest yet. *winks*
-
Spiritpaw sighed, glad that her neck was feeling much better. She looked out of the hollow oak tree and into the lightly falling rain. The she-cat twitched with wish for vengeance. Looking back over her shoulder, she peered at Scarpaw with her intense blue eyes and waited for his suggestion on what to do next.
OOC: Sounds good to me! One of your characters can be good and the other bad? I don't know if that's what you already suggested, but it might be more fun that way. . . And it would even out the sides.
-
"Powers," Spiritpaw gasped. The she-cat's eyes glimmered with excitement. With powers they could certainly carry out their evil schemes much easier. Her eyes narrowed suddenly with realization and she swatted his ear. "We weren't born with powers furball, and we can't just develop them overnight." Her ears flattened and she crouched down, looking upset. She shot Scarpaw an agitated look.
