[align=center][color=white][font=times new roman]My earlier studies were heavy with HTML coding (When I was initially on this site) but since then I've changed my career path drastically and now there is nothing of the sort in my curriculum. I'm remembering some things but every once in awhile I hit a roadblock that my ADD would rather ignore than fix. :)

Hello all! My name is James and I am quite looking forward to Roleplaying with you all. My cat's name is Smokeshade, and he is also excited about the journey we are all embarking on together. May we find many friends to join in with us!

Smokeshade started up with the meows of congratulations, his white whiskers quivering with excitement. "Oh boy! A deputy in SunClan! It's been ages since we've had one ever since...Well it's best if I don't think about that." His thoughts were halted by a fear scent coming from nearby, he sniffed around for a moment but to no avail whoever it was had quickly closed their emotions off. Once again he brought his onyx gaze back upon his leader wondering what would happen next, in all his twenty (20) moons he had yet to see a Deputizing ceremony.

Welcome everyone to The Awakening! Allow me to kick it off. :)

I stretched my paws out to their limits, my claws creating furrows in the sand of my den. I let out a quick yawn before blinking both of my eyes slowly. I rose to my paws, the sun would be out anytime now and I wanted to be outside to watch it like usual.

I padded out to the entrance of my den a looked out towards the horizon where the first rays of sun were poking up over High-Rocks. He let out a long sigh, someday his clan would grow to the strength that it once was.

Firecloud rolled over in his sleep, ten long moons of waiting loyally for Rebornstar to be awoken he had deserved these few extra minutes of rest. His claws

Whisperpaw had been awake for hours gathering herbs from the forest. She dragged them back blowing the fur out of her eyes with every third pawstep. "Everycat is sleeping about, instead of finding voles and catching trout, these are the things I complain aaaaaaabout." She meowed to herself as she padded through the limelight.

However, she has a strong will, and is very stubborn, and her short-temper causes her to be slightly aggressive to those who tick her off. BEware- she is one to hold a grudge! }

{ Darkstone could appear to be just any other warrior. Hard-working, proud, zealous to learn. He showed signs of it all, but what truly set him apart from the rest was his ambition. Oh, from the very moment he learned about the position of leader, it was clear that this young male lusted for the title strongly. He would hone his battle skills every night, and sharpen his hunting whenever he could. He is courageous and determined, but harnesses a mighty pride that makes him unable to deny or back down from a challenge. He is sensitive to insults, and sometimes ignores the advice of others, for it hurts his mighty pride. He is fierce and aggressive to outsiders and sometimes to his own comrades, yet charming and, seemingly, kind-hearted. Darkstone has incredible battle skills that shan't be underestimated in battle. He puts on the cover of a loyal and courageous apprentice, hoping to trick his comrades into seeing him as a cat fit for being leader. }

I looked down from my perch at the Clan as they awoke, a smile crossed my face. "But until that day I can stay content with the cats I call my family." I thought as I prepared to jump down to bid my Clanmates good morrow.

Firecloud was awoken from his slumbers by Northdakota cleaning the warrior's den in her usual OCD fashion. He elected to lie there and watch her through half closed eyes pretending to sleep. He wasn't sure what he thought about the she-cat, she seemed to be quite absentminded as of late.

Whisperpaw put down her herbs for a moment so she could reply, her salmon tongue flicking out briefly to wipe away the traces of mint and roughroot from her teeth. "Great! While you are out can you keep an eye open for Poppyseeds? We've run out and with you hunting I figure we'll need as much as we can store." She meowed teasingly not meaning it as an insult more as a way of greeting. Her nose krinkled as she let out a little snort at her own joke which was followed shortly after by a series of giggles.

I jumped down the stones that made up the 'stairs' to my den my shoulders absorbing the shock of every landing. I began my rounds greeting each cat with a nod or a blink, I spoke nary a word until I came upon my deputy. "Good morrow Sym, it's making out to be a fine day isn't it?" he meowed in his deep and commanding yet kind voice.

Firecloud let out a yawn as he padded out of the warriors den, as he stepped into the sunlight his pelt seemed to glow from the inside. He looked around with energy hoping there was a patrol or something happening.

"Oh I think Dako has gotten the poppyseeds already! Thank you for offering though." She purred as she dipped her head in thanks. "Back to my chores I guess." She meowed as she hefted her leaf of herbs and began trotting off to the medicine den.

I let a knowing smile cross my face for naught but a second but I swear that Firecloud saw it. With a nod of my smokey head I continued walking around the camp greeting each cat with a nod or a blink, if anycat had questions I would stop and answer them.

Firecloud noticed something flash across Rebornstar's face but it was gone in an instant. "Uh, of cour-" he mumbled absentmindedly before bringing his eyes away from Rebornstar to lock with Symbolicentity's, "Of course I would love to go hunting in such fine company." He purred trying to make up for his lack of attention previously, "Will anyone else be joining us..." He asked trailing off at the end so as to leave it as a half question that could be left unanswered if needed.

"Honeysuckle, a toad's left knuckle, stick them on the shelf. Poopyseeds, ignore the weeds, stick them on the shelf. There's very few things that I don't need, such as the weed, or pesky grass seeds. But I stick the rest on the shelf!" She meowed in a sing-song pattern to herself as she sorted the herbs onto the shelves in the medicine den.

Looks: White with slightly long pelt which gets a lot thicker at the end of her tail. Grey-blue eyes and very sleek pelt. She is quite slim despite her pelt length.
Personality: Quiet, only answers if spoken to unless they are a friend or kit. Likes hunting with friends or alone and 'kit-sitting'. Agile and hates attacking so she mostly dodges and lets the cat beat itself up.
Family: Killed by poisonous snakes, she is terrified of snakes.

Other/Notes/Ideas: Crystalheart hit her head and forgot most of her past... So she remembers her family was killed by snakes but not what they looked like or acted like or their names... Or she can remember living in the Clan, her battle-training , how to hunt, and that but not quite her mentor, who is leader, how long she lived there...
Am I missing it or is there a description of the territory or there isn't one?
Since I spent an hour typing up a form that ended up lost... Is there a certain religion for these cats and certain ceremonies? How should we end up getting our cat 'awoken'? Do they just end up being born or is there like this ceremony for the cats (With the cat's ancestors) Also, as an idea, would it be possible to awaken a cat for help? (Like, if Crystalheart died and she was important and she wasn't to be awakened for a few moons is it possible to bring her back early?)

Cat's Personality:
Timidillusions is a quiet she-cat who pays attention to her leaders orders and doesn't usually disobey. She does make mistakes often, as does every other cat. She is kind, sweet, loyal, and head-strong. Timidillusions isn't afraid to stand up for her beliefs, making her practically fearless around her opposers. She is a great fighter, but that doesn't mean she is the best.

Family:
Her mother and father were both killed before she ever learned their names, but she was fostered by a tom and she-cat by the names of Crystalstorm and Brackenflame. They died not too long after she became a warrior, so she doesn't have any living family now.

She has a crush on Rebornstar.

I do have a plot in mind, but I would rather PM it to you because once, I wrote out a plot to someone over the RP and somebody else came by and stole it, so I'd rather it be sent privately.

Smokeshade padded up to the three cats, dipping his nose down slightly in greeting. "Dawnkit, I would not worry if I were you." He meowed in his deep friendly voice, "I for one would train you if I were given the chance." He added, his tail tip resting on the kit's shoulder in a friendly way. "No cat gets left behind." He purred, a smile on his face and in the way he meowed. His eyes darted from the two warriors who he'd interrupted wondering what repercussions would occur from his intrusion.
