clarity happily was beside lara. "I want to hunt a mountain lion!" she giggled and hobbled forward, the snow making her have to jump every time.

"cool! let me try!" she looked for another rat and saw a scrawny one gnawing on some old bread. "crouch, pounce, kill." clarity kept whispering over to herself. she sprang forward and landed on the rat but it clawed clarity on the nose and ran off. "ouch!"

"hey, every dog needs to loosen up and have some fun." she smirked and got an idea. she put her paw through the cage and stuck her long nail in the lock.

doing what every pup does, clarity followed in laras foot steps over to Akira. she sat down and looked at him.

she looked at the pug, "no wonder you were taken here......"

clarity felt the anger waft off of lara. she walked up to her and sat right next to her.

clarity looked the other way, not liking to see lara angry or upset any time.

clarity whimpered and nestled up to laras leg, giving Akira a strange look.

she chuckled a bit and lay down, watching the pug.

hearing the growl made her uneasy but lara told her it was ok and she had to trust her.

clarity wanted to yell at Akira and tell him not to growl at lara but she remembered what some of the dogs said. they told her to keep her mouth shut and it will do her some good.

"momma!" clarity yelled as she ran up to lara. she didn't mean to saw that word but she felt so close to lara that it was ok to say it. she yelped and whimpered.

"get off of her!" clarity tugged at his ear and yelled, "JACKLE"

clarity grabbed his tail and snapped down her jaws with all her might. "LEAVE LARA ALONE" she whimpered and kept a hold on his tail. "don't worry ill save you lara i promise!"
