Soilfur shot Fangpaw a small warning look. Yes, I know how to swim... He thought. Obviously Cursedfate wouldn't be swimming. As they started walking, Soilfur looked down at Fangpaw with sympathy. "I was like you as a kit, you know." He said. "See this little nick on the tip of my ear? I had a little too much energy and started playing too rough." Soilfur showed Fangpaw.

(OOC: I already posted here what happened? :'()

Cedarpaw had just padded after Thistlepaw, wanting to apologize for being so irksome. But as she padded through the forest, following her scent, all she had found was the former medicine cat's dead body, Thistlepaw not in sight. Cedarpaw stared in horror, unable to belive what she was seeing. "Fablestar?" Her voice barely a whisper. "What...what...happened?" The forest then filled with silence.

Cedarpaw just stared. She was frozen. She honestly couldn't move. The shock was unbearable. The tears were flowing out of her eyes and she started to feel dizzy. She wanted to scream. She wanted to run. She wanted to escape the cruel world they lived in. There were a million things she could have said, but all she did was turn to Skystar. "W...why?" Cedrapaw started to shake almost uncontrollably.

"Now would be great!" Cedarpaw exclaimed. "Lets go!" Cedarpaw practically rushed to the camp entrance. "Sorry," She said. "I sometimes get a little over-excited." She hoped that was okay. Cedarpaw tried to forget about it. She was very curious to learn how to fish because though she'd been an apprentice for two moons now, her mentor never really seemed to have covered that. "Do you like to fish?"

Soilfur sighed. "No, no you don't." He sternly told her. "Playing rough was not the right choice, and I'm showing you to keep you from doing the same thing, not encourage you." Soilfur smiled. She was so hyper and enthusiastic. His mate was like that. Once again, his smile faded. It had been more than a year ago, and yet he was still grieving. That always happened. Something would make him happy and remind him of his mate, then the thought would bring him down. He hoped his feeling wouldn't rub off on anyone else and bring them down.

"Well, being mature sounds fun too." She was telling herself more than she was telling Hazyvision. "Where should we start? Higher in the river or lower? Is it hard? Are fish smart?" Cedarpaw had endless questions.

    Here's my example...

Cedarpaw slowly looked up at Waterfall. "Auroriasong. She's...she's...dead. Twolegs k...killed her. Thistlepaw... she...she couldn't handle it. She left without barely...a word." Cedarpaw was having great trouble speaking through the tears. She looked away, unable to stand seeing the body right now. She looked around. The clan seemed to all have different expressions on their faces. The leaders were not only grieving, but were very concerned for the clan. Many of her clanmates had shocked expressions on their faces. Finally, she thought she caught a glance of Jadegreen, uncaring as always. She couldn't really ever tell if she was part of the clan. She looked back up at Waterfall. "What will happen to Thistlepaw...and the rest of...the clan?"

Cedarpaw looked down. How could Jadegreen and Amarillisaster be so rude? Obviously, the clan needs a medicine cat. At the moment, Cedarpaw was quite concerned for Fablestar. She had never heard the leader snap at her clanmates like that before. Not that Cedarpaw blamed her, though. Right now, Cedarpaw desperately wanted to look for Thistlepaw. Unfortunately, that was probably not an option. Cedarpaw sat there respectfully and listened to the leaders speak instead.
