Iceblood wanted to laugh, but she didn't. "Chemicalspark!" She yowled, nudging him aside and giving him a look that read, 'We want to END this.' She then looked back at Darkscar, her eyes darkening a bit. She sighed deeply, as though containing a mouthful of nasty retorts for him. But she swallowed them, and answered, "Because you stole fresh kill, if you don't remember, and I... I intended to teach you a lesson! Happy?"

Windshadow tried to say thank you as she dropped the rabbit by him, but she was gone as quickly as she came. Dumbfounded, he ate the freshkill. He finished as soon as she came back, licking his lips in satisfaction. Before she could leave again, he spoke, "Hey," He started, hardly knowing where it would lead. Windshadow was making it up as he went, "You seem kind of young to be out here by yourself."

"WHAAT?" Goldenfly hollered back, skidding to a hault. Quickly, (less gracefully,) He turned around and headed back to her. When he reached Poison, he skipped up to her with a smile on his face. "Looks like I won." He was about to say, but he stopped mid-sentence. Was that? "Badger!" He said frantically, looking around.

"Who says this has to be the same as every other time?" He was very close now, and bravely he lightly embraced her. Trace closed his eyes. "If you don't want to hurt me, then don't."

"I'd imagine so." Curse her tongue! She had a big mouth that she could not control. "Are you ever bored?" She whispered to herself, "Hush!" and prayed he had not heard.

"What's it to you?" She swished her tail back and forth impatiently.

Stobbornly Windshadow climbed to his feet, (with many "ow's!" and "Arggh!'s"), steadied himself, and step by step walked out into the chilling air. He was frustrated with her. He looked around, fuming. "Stop running off! Where am I?" He hollered at the air. Obviously, he could not see her.

Golden fly scrambled to his paws and tried to follow, but in a frenzy all he could do was trip and fall on tree roots and rocks. He could practically hear his heart thudding out of his chest as he stood for the fourth time and picked his way after Poison. He was very far behind.

"Stop trying so hard. Stop fighting. Stop hurting. Just, stop thinking." He let go of her, put his hands on her shoulders, and looked confidently into her eyes. "Ruby," he started, but never finished.

Ice blood gave him another long, unreadable stare. "You don't know anything about what I'm thinking, and you never will! Come on Chemicalspark!" Her voice rose shrilly and she began to stalk away.

"Fine! Try me!" Iceblood tore off back to her gravestone, but she every now and then she'd peek out to see if Darkscar was still there.

"Oh." He said, following her lead and settling himself down. He was mad at her, but he didn't know why. "Well... When can I go home?" Windshadow asked coldly, obvious impatience in his voice.

Ice blood heard his remark, and only rolled her eyes. She'd go after him later, she decided, to settle this when he was letting his guard down.

(We shud have like a tornado or something so that they must take cover together and work together and all that :) anybody else have an idea they'd rather do?)

Golden fly saw Poison come back for him. It made him want to smile. i guess she's not all wreck less loner, he thought to himself as he started after her with a newfound speed. He could hear the thudding of the creatures paws behind him. Surely he would die if he lost his footing one more time. Suddenly, he had an idea. "The trees!" He shouted; it was beyond him if badgers could climb trees or not.

Trace smirked a little and leaned back on his feet. "Who am I going to tell? My only friend is a reindeer." He looked at her, promising with his eyes, "And a girl with the most amazing of talents."

Ice blood licked her paws while she recalled the small fight, trying to convince herself she was impressive

Trace pondered the question. The scratch on his arm burned a little, and his jaw clenched. He would NOT be like everyone else. But, to be honest, he had no idea why he was trying so hard. Did, did he LIKE Ruby? Trace didn't care and shook away all thoughts. "Maybe it's because I saw your niceness and, and beauty (he said beauty a bit quieter) and judged you by that than seeing your powers first. I get that you're scared, and you've made mistakes, but who hasn't? You're merely an innocent victim." He smiled warmly.

Ima pretend he was sick and in and out of conscienceness when that all happened so he doesn't remember :)

Windshadow jumped to his feet, winced, and crumpled down again. "What???!? What did...You...The-The Clans?!?" He said loudly, startling himself.

Goldenfly missed the tree by a fox length, but jumped wildly at nothing anyways. He was caught in the stomach by a low hanging branch, and weakly he flung his paws around it for dear life. He sat there panting, fur all in a frenzy and eyes wide. The badger was below him, acting unnaturally vicious.
