"Yeah there's a spring down here." He looked over to the brush on the left of the tree. "you stay inside the tree, and I will bring back some water-drenched moss for you to lap." With that, he sprinted away, but before he disappeared through the brush he called "stay safe!"

Sorrowpelt Went down to the stream and he was heading back to Ellie when he heard a growling. He saw a
pair of beady eyes staring back at him, and the shape of a dog emerged behind him. He pelted at top speed and leaped to the tree, scrabbling against the trunk.
