Arrowpaw strode over when he noticed the growing assembly. then he noticed his little sister. His blind little sister. A wave of protectiveness overcame him as he padded close. "what's going on here?" he demanded. Looking around he noticed, the two viridianclan cats, his sister, a male apprentice and what seemed to be an elder. who were they and what were they're names?

-
Arrowpaw, who had been training himself how to hunt, caught his first piece of bird prey. It seemed to be a little sparrow, but since he was the only one out here, there was no one to tell him. Padding back to camp to enjoy his own prey, he heard voices to the right of him. Ears pricked with curiousity, he found Violeteyes talking to a tree. Looking up he noticed the other cat, but one he'd never met before. Placing the prey down the apprentice called out. "Who are you?" Arrowpaw didn't really concern himself with new comers because they came so often, and quiet frankly he could use without the distraction. The only reason he differentiated the she-cat in the tree was by scent. "And what are you doing up there?" called the brown tabby.
-
Shrugging his shoulder's Arrowpaw lowered his guard. He didn't need to do anything here, though her still had Clover's question to answer. "Nothing, just training when I saw the group." He said honestly. He was out to train himself because there was no cat that had offered to be his mentor. Actually he was even on his way to train his hunting ability when he stopped. Casually glancing at the cats around, he inwardly sized them all up and thought about the moves he would use. The elder would be pretty easy, Barronpaw would be easier, the kit would be fresh kill, but there was no way he would lift a claw to his medics. Standing a littler farther off, he thought of a way to reach down the hills of the territory after this nonsensical clan chat.
-
-
Lowing himself into a battle crouch, the young tom charged the large mountain lion with claws extended. Thinking his move over, and without glancing toward his target, the apprentice approached and bunched his muscles. Trying to feign his new attack as his previous, he made the move seem as if he was about to leap. Little did his opponent know that he was aiming for her belly. Throwing himself to the ground, the brown cat suffered recoil damage from the stoney floor. Attempting to reach the underbelly of the big cat before him, he aimed to lash at her vulnerable underside, with his already unsheathe claws.
Pffffffffffffttttt.........muse draining from....my body!
-
"Come on!! Is there no one willing to get a little blood on their pelts anymore?! What are we, a bunch of kits?" shouted Arrowpaw. He was beginning to get upset that battle training was only spent with 'sheathe' claws only. You learn to tolerate pain once you've gotten a daily dose of it, so why not train to get even stronger?! It made no sense to the brown tabby.
-
Arrowpaw had been hunting in the trees when he heard voices below. The brown tom twitched his ears towards the commotion and saw a dog and a bird of some kind. Sighing, he draped his body luxuriously across his branch and watched the two, his hunt forgotten. He always questioned why Blizzardclan allowed birds as members. After all, aren't they a daily fresh kill piece?
Licking his chops, he let his tail hang over the edge and pricked his ears towards their conversation, maybe something good would come of it.
-
Arrowpaw rolled his eyes to his clan mates. Did they know nothing? Pain is pain, and the more of it, the better we learn to deal. "If you don't want to join us, then beat it." he growled, claws already unsheathing. Turning toward he bue she-cat before him, he crouched low, and spoke only his name. "Arrowpaw." with a last single glance to he kit and Medicine cat apprentice, he shrugged them off and returned his gaze to his opponent. "Your move." he offered.
-
Arrowpaw scowled, and stood from his earlier crouch. He wanted to fight, he wanted to improve, but it seemed like his clan wasn't going to allow it. Folding his ears in frustration he glared at all the cats that were trying to stop him. "You need pain in order to survive, do none of you know this?!" he said and finished off looking at Mosaicstar. He was sending daggers of hatred through his golden amber eyes. "Pain is needed to grow and survive, to become the strongest you must learn how to deal with the pain and continue." he said once again looking around. "What is what I'm doing any different than any other training? In the end, skills are improved, for both parties." he argued. Flicking his ears to the white warrior ahead of him, he wanted nothing more than to stain that pelt with her own blood. 'I'll show you in just a minute.' he thought.

Sorry guys, my boyfriend took me out on a date. :3 That's why I was out.

Arrowpaw snorted. Talk about being a hypocrite! Arrowpaw shouted within his mind. "Well, the clan seems to trust you enough." he retorted and brought his head around to face the warrior. Lifting his head a little to look up and into her eyes, he glared hard. "What kind of senior warrior accepts the challenge of an 'adolescent apprentice'? he said in a mocking tone. "How can we trust you to defend us?" he questioned. "At least my goal is to train and experience enough so that when it really matters I can push through and defend my clan. What are you doing?" he said, just as loud and clear. No warrior was going to intimidate him, especially a female.

Ooc: Haha, its fine. xD I've seen Rue around, and have been liking her character. We should get a thread together. xD But perhaps with a different cat of mine. Arrowpaw can get quite aggressive. xD
Ic: The wind blew, bellowing a dust of snow off the ground and into the air. The atmosphere was tense as the cats waited for what would happen next.
-
Giving the white she-cat a single spat to her paws, Arrowpaw turned toward to face his new opponent. Noting the creature's ability to morph from wolf to cat, he couldn't help but feel a twinge if respect for him. Lowering his brown tabby body into a battle stance for the third time, he hoped that no one would interfere. Not giving anyone the chance, he immediate launched into battle. Arrowpaw had gone for a simple fake out move. Charging for Bermuda, he appeared to aim a swipe at his paws while his real target was the tom's muzzle.
(Sorry for the crapped out post, going to sleep now, Night!)
-
Ooc: Don't worry, I feel you and your lack of muse. xD
Ic: Arrowpaw fell for the feign and had his paws kicked out from under him. While scrambling to regain his footing, the brown apprentice was almost grateful for the white warriors interference. "Get out of here!!" he growled and shoved the warrior. The push wasn't enough to make her collapse to the ground, but rather stumble. Returning to his battle he noticed his leader leave, and a brief moment of satisfaction entered his core. He'd won the argument. Folding his ears and lowering himself back into a crouch he scanned the body of his opponent. He looked muscular and balanced. The best counter attack would be someone with speed. The apprentic's body wasn't very lithe in his movements, but he should be small enough that the warrior should have a tough time catching him. Staring straight into Bermuda's eyes, he was sure to not give away his next attack. Before his battle had begun, Arrowpaw had noticed how snow the snow had been. Grinning, the brown tabby launched himself forward to feign a straight on headbutt. What he had actually had done was stop just before Bermuda's reach and used his tail to fling the snow towards his face. Even if Bermuda had moved to dodge his attack, he hoped that the snow would still distract him enough. Hopefully giving Arrowpaw enough time to move forward and place a strong blow on the tom's shoulder.

Damn, the brown tabby tom was just a little too late. Padding over and sitting towards the side, ArrowFeather noticed that on the opposite of the occupied sparing ground were plenty of others waiting for battle. Deciding it was useless to wait for the other two to finish, he padded closer to the forming crowd. "Would anyone like to spar with me?" he asked everyone, even the younger cats. "The only exception is, we must use claws and teeth." He said. He knew plenty of them wouldn't want to spar if they were going to be badly injured , but he had to take the chance and ask because that was the only way that ArrowFeather trained. He didn't fight with sheathe claws like a kittypet. He fought with claws and bites so that he trained not only his fighting skills but his ability to tolerate pain too. Plus, it wasn't as if they were maiming each other. A few scratches and bites from a spar never killed anyone.
-
"Finally!!" hissed the brown tabby tom. He had been itching for a spar, but finally he'd have a chance to rake his claws against enemy pelts. "Come get me!" he yowled loud hoping to attract an enemy eequal to his standards. In honestly, ArrowFeather had always respected Blood clan for the way they trained their young. He had even thought about leaving this weak and wretched clan to go and improve his skills with them. For now though, he will fight on the side that he was born into.

Hissing, but knowing he was defeated, ArrowFeather lay limp on the ground. None of these animals knew manners. But then again, neither did he sometimes. The brown tabby tom struggled to rise to his feet in this god forsaken place, but couldn't move his muscles for the life of him. And it may just be for his life in this Clan. The young cat was cocky and this had lead to his capture, but just how badly would they treat him? "It is from BlizzardClan. The clan kicking your nasty shit faced hides!" he spat. That was pretty much all he had the energy for. "And it is a cat. Have you never seen one before? Is your clan really that pathetic that they don't even have cats?" he hissed again before being prodded in the ribs. The harsh hit from the Jaguar was enough to send him sprawling. Coughing out blood, the warrior wheezed trying to regain his breathe.
-
Too bad for them damn, BloodClanners, ArrowFeather wasn't worth much. Not even a pigeon of fresh kill. The only thing this cat knew how to do, was fight. He was much more aggressive than his clan mates, but they had always rebuked him for his style of fighting. "Congratulations, " he responded to the unknown jaguar. "You've captured nothing more than a grunt. A foot soldier!!" he slightly yelled and resulted in his last worword ending in a wheeze. "Now do yourself a favor, kitty, and listen to this overgrown lizard." he said.
//Sorry, was busy all day. ^^;
