Lynxheart had seen the feline around. She seem nice and cheerful and well at the moment Lynxheart was somewhat breaking his normal foundation. He wasn’t sure how long his content mood would last, but he was like a ticking time bomb. One wrong move and here comes Mr. Grumpypelt again. For now he stroll over the newcomer and simply stated “Hi there. I am Lynxheart.” He didn’t smile or do anything that was consider cheerful. He simply stood there with a calm demeanor on his face as he had to literally look up at the feline considering she was taller than him even if she was average size. He was shorter than most of his clanmates and his bobtail keep wriggling a few times to keep from getting too cold since it was the one part of his thick pelt that lack warmth.

Yea I remember my friends talking about this clan. That was one of the few clans that they miss. There were rumors that this may have been Artemisclan at one point, but my head is foggy so I could be thinking of another clan. One of them was a really close friend of mines who I believe once play the Lead Huntress, but unfortunately she had to leave without warning. She still misses it. I would give you a username if I could even remember it...
Almost done. I am struggling to get this not to be so short since my muse is so failish.

Lynxheart turn his head to see a young femme chirping at him. He could tell that was one of the medicine cat apprentices because he had seen her and plus even if he didn’t she reek of the mixture of strong, sweet, bitter, and sour smelling herbs. Flicking his ears that had black tufts as his tips he listen to what she had to say. Grunting he meow “Alright I can help you with yarrow and fine about the hunting.” It was uncommon to hear a medicine cat apprentice hunt, but he wasn’t going to judge. Personally he didn’t really care. If the apprentice wanted to hunt then fine so be it. However if someone came and told him to next time not to do that then he wouldn't for his sake and hers. He wasn't the type that like to be scream at. Figuring he should at least ask he meow “Do you want to hunt first or search for the yarrow?” While he was wanting to hunt and being in the camp had made him impatient he was willing to take the time to help the clan out with medicinal reasons. If some idiot decided they would eat deathberries or something they would need something to help them gag and if that was the case he would not be there to watch them do that. Whenever he saw someone gag it made him want too and that always ruin his day and the rest of his meals.

Snow snow snow it was freaking everywhere! Why did such creations exist? Why couldn’t have been something less wet and cold and whose bright idea happen was it to have it snow anyway? Whoever it was they were not on one tom’s favorite list. The steel-colored tom had an annoy look on his face and his teeth flash a purely white. He knew he had to do patrols and he was planning to go hunting, but his pelt was already becoming wet and sticking to him like icicles on his fur and with it being so heavy and thick that didn’t help too much. It was only slow him down as he was starting to have to force his way by putting up his legs so that he wouldn’t be stop dead in his tracks.
His shortness didn’t help him either on some of the deeper ends. While he was use to snow and since he was no longer Lynxpaw it shouldn’t affect him too much, but it still gave him some problems. Finally he decided he should rest for a bit. He needed to be able to focus and find an area that was shallow so that he wouldn’t be making a bunch of crunchy noises in the deeper ends. As he found a nearby log and manage to heavily leap on it he looked at the tunnel he made. His pelt irk with irritation. Why did he have to be so short? His dreams to be a great hunter might be ruin for no good reason. He would overcome it. He had to if he was ever going to be look at as a reliable clanmate and not some shorty who happens to be Paperstar’s brother.
He let out a sigh as he close his eyes. He didn’t notice the dance of breath he left because it was colder today. He was almost afraid he might get greencough, but his stubbornness wouldn’t let him abandon his duties enough to stay in the safely of his camp. He could hear someone sliding off of something and before he knew it he was sliding off the icy log. He ended up landing with a yowl into a patch of snow leaving a large hole from where he had fallen. He let out a hiss and an annoyed mumble. He didn’t need this nonsense now. He wanted to hunt and this wouldn’t help the clan if he kept scaring off any chances of getting a decent meal. He growled lowly “I hate leafbare!”

Oh I see thank you. Anyway here the thread finally.

Or the devil itself. he thought bitterly, but did not bother to say it. Crawling up back on the log he noticed the one speaking to him was Moonstar. Well that was a surprise, but he guess that it wasn’t too surprising. He knew that she was the leader so the she-cat was bound to show up at some point. He blink his icy blue eyes still clearly tick off about him falling and now his pelt was becoming more damp he meow “It is just sometimes harder for me to do the things I like, but I guess it is pretty to look out when left alone. So how are you Moonstar?” He probably should say something and it wasn’t because she was the leader. While his tongue wished to remain shut and go off fuming somewhere it wouldn’t change the fact. If he could breath fire and meant the snow that would be way easier, but that only was only a kit’s dream.

OOC: Tracking this to see how it goes. Those do sound nice.

Lynxheart was starting to become in the spirit of things. He had found this random item that he stole from a twoleg's home that he could sit down on and slide down the snow. It was quite fun and it was his little secret. He had always been the quiet anti-social tom in the clan and he was easily embarrassed showing another side to him. The fun and active side that made him want to jump up and squeal like a kit. Recalling his kithood he remember he was much more open than this, but he guess that as he got older and his mind set on dreams of becoming something great all of that change. The tom once again went back up on the hill he managed to find. He was pulling at the object that looked like a wooden plank with two small curve holders to keep the plank from sinking into the snow up. Once he up at the top he jump on the plank and using his weight he felt himself starting to slide down. He could feel the wind howling in his ears and as he went faster and faster down the hill he felt himself sinking his claws into the wood. This time that wouldn’t help him when the sled started moving sideways and as the tom try to balance it out it only threw him off like a horse throwing off its master. He was sent yowling in the air and landed with his head bury in the soft snow and his rest of his body outside of the snow. He looked like an ostrich that had literally buried its head in the snow.

Another skill for him to gain to become a great hunter? That works for him. He let out a smile of delight, which probably made him seem like someone drug him with so much catmint he was actually smiling for once. He meow “Count me in.” paddling over. He never tasted fish so he couldn’t wait to be able to catch one. Of course this was his first time, but he would be as patient as he needed to be. If he wanted to become a hunter the small tom had to have some amount of patience or else he would scare off the prey too much.

Lynxheart nodded and meow “Glad to hear it.” at her comment about her doing well. As he listened farther she mentioned kits and playing in the snow. He too was concern about the risk that leafbare bring, which was another part why he hated it besides the snow. There was always the increase chance of sickness and he curse whoever bright idea that was too. He had gotten sick several times with greencough this year and it wouldn’t be long if he manage to get it again, but he hope he wouldn’t. That meant being coop up in the camp and he couldn’t afford that. As she finished her last statement he did get him thinking. When Paperstar was around he would see the two cats talking, but he always seem to be the shadows because he wanted too. He would talk to Moonstar a lot than some of the other cats, but after a while he had been so focus on hunting and patrolling that he didn’t get to see her that much. Plus Moonstar was busier than ever so it must have been a blessing that the first cat he would see is her. He nodded and meow with a hint of sadness “Yes… I do realized that we have both been busy with our goals, duties, and other things. It is nice to be talking again. I do worry about the kits as well. It is nice to see them smile and I hope this moon the medicine cats don’t have too much trouble with greencough.”

Hey guys I kind want to figure out a plot that could affect a lot of people in the clan. I want to try to make it wintery/Christmas related, but I cannot seem to think of anything useful. Earlier I was thinking a blizzard, but that just seem kind of silly and overused however if you can think of anything to expand this idea and make it more interesting let me know! Any idea that you guys may have thought of?

[justify][color=black][sub]how about a blizzard? umbre. '3'
oh and welcome tikki! c:Hi Tikki! Glad to know who this mysterious Tikki is.
Anyway that what I was thinking Cas, but I wasn't too sure if I would be repeating an overused idea. Is there anything we might be able to add to it? Maybe it has some strange connection or something leading into a bigger plot.
-
I can plot with them soon, but at the moment I am too lazy to do much. I am just trying to think of a clan-whole plot since I don't see any for right now unless my blinds are acting up on me again.

A snowball fight would be cool, but I saw a thread on one already. However maybe that could be use as some kind of contest or winter event. There could be different winter events and snowball fights could be one of them. However I am still trying to think on how I can make it useful for here unless members could get points that could lead an unique prize like a power or something like that etc. I am not sure, but I am willing to hear more suggestions. Hopefully Flick will be here soon so I can speak them about this too.

ArcadianClan could always participate in this;;I ended up getting permission from Frostsoul saying the clans could do it.
SkyClan is having a blizzard, and I don't remember what everyone else is doing owoFirst of all let me say awesome site-whole plot! Anyway yea this clan could definitely join that, but since I don't call the shots here I will definitely tell Flick about it. I also includes the blizzard idea that Casino had and maybe trying to include the snowball fight idea that Ivory had we could make a winter event kind of thing. I will just need a good reason for Moonstar to even want to announce it. Even if we don't do this I definitely want that plot you mention.
-
I know right! I hope Flick feels the same.
-
That would be very amusing to watch. I have seen cats that like fire and snow, but never a blizzard before so this will be interesting XD
-
Those are interesting as well!
Umbre why you no make up mind?I will be taking a break for a while and then return. I am glad so many people want to help out with this! Lols just like Shadowclan and Mountainclan I present you guys with the awesome badge. Now I will be going for a while so I can regather my muse. -
Lynxheart nodded in full agreement. His sister Paperstar was the type that wasted no time and got to the point, which was something he liked. Casinoroyale was a good choice considering he was about everywhere he went. While he was expecting him to get another rank he would be perfect at the job regardless. For him he was not interested in things like Advisor or what the rank Casino got. While if he ever got the promotion for one of them he wouldn’t deny it he was more interested in hunting and therefore worked hard to be recognized for such. As he listened about the competition he merely flick his ears. He might take part in that. Nothing wrong with sharpening his skills and it would be good to see other allies so he merely shrug at the thought. Regardless he let out a small smile as he scanned around the tom for he wanted to tell him congrats on the promotion. He deserved it.
