Boris crouched down behind a group of bushes staying downwind from the elk so his scent didn't travel.

It was just a normal day. Summer vacation came and you were finally out of that highschool for a whole season. You and your six best friends went to the lake to celebrate your new freedom from the horrible teachers and bullies. One of your friends dives into the lake first, she comes back up from the water and calls you down. You follow her. You swim down and open your eyes under the water to see a fluorescent purple liquid in the water. You think nothing of it until it starts getting closer, you see your friends get consumed by the liquid and finally you black out. You awake in a lab of sorts strapped to a table you can't move your hands or legs but you can move your head. You look around and see each of your friends strapped to tables as well. A man emurges from the shadows, he is wearing glasses and a white lab coat. He tells you to not be afraid and that the changes won't hurt much. Changes? you think to yourself. You hear a blood curdling scream only to realize it's your own and you feel an immense amount of pain as your bones begin to change as do your muscles. You close your eyes and black out again. You awake not feeling yourself and you look around, your in a cage, you see other animals and wonder whats going on?.

Nightclaw set the mice on the freshkill pile and looked at his sister though his looks was more of a glare he turned his head and padded toward a large shady bush. He sat down and the darkness of the bush only highlighted his bright yellow eyes.
Darkheart sighed and padded toward the freshkill pile avoiding the mice her brother had caught and picking up a small sparrow. She sat under a large tree and began eating
