Earthquake was not a shy cat but she was understandably nervous as she stood and moved to the center of the room.

"StormTribers, I have something to say if you will humor me by listening" spoke the large red tabby. "I know I am quite new and deputy is a big position. Not to mention that Nefarious has left some rather large paw prints to fill. However, I believe I could serve our tribe well. I am not perfect. I am often a cat of few words and I am still learning many, many things. Still, I am very active in patrols and activities and I try hard to be a productive member of the Tribe. I hope that I can at least be considered and however things end up, may the deputy serve our Tribe faithfully."

Looking around at her Tribe mates, Earthquake dipped her head in thanks for listening to her speech.

hi everyone! I'm YellowFangPurrs and yes, I am very new to wcrpg. However I have come to really enjoy it and frankly, StormTribe and Earthquake are by far my favorite. I have no high position characters, this would be my first, and therefore it would have my whole attention. I am reasonably creative and I love to meet new people. I'm also really calm which I think would come in handy as a role player with a high position character. Hopefully you will at least consider me even though I am new!

Ps. Feel free to message me or pm for Earthquake to join a thread, I'm open to anything!

"Who though?" murmured Earthquake in response to Ballad. The Tribe still needed to be thought of first in her opinion and the Tribe would be confused over this turn of events. Should they secretly inform the tribe and do as Ballad had suggested?

"Are we going to inform the Tribe about this?" Earthquake meowed looking at Nefarious. Mostly the red tabby was completely confused.

"Whoa! This is sweet!"meowed Earthquake extra loudly in an attempt to cover up Nefarious' slip. The red tabby padded over to the table and grabbed a seat. She grinned at Jester to show her excitement. Not only that but it was soooo warm. Earthquake sighed in contentment and glanced around at her Tribe mates that were becoming like family to the large she-cat.

Earthquake had just padded into the room intending to sit by the hearth and warm up after a chilly hunt that had ended up yielding nothing. Grumbling about snow between her toes and white death that floated down from the sky, the she-cat was oblivious to the tense feels in the room.

Mumbling something that resembled a greeting to Nefarious, Jester, and Persephone, the very cold she-cat sat down in front of the fire and heaved a sigh of relief as the heat warmed her fur.

"That storm better break and be done with. I'm sick of the little white flecks of death" mumbled Earthquake. Oh but the fire was sooo warm and it almost made her okay with the fact that as she warmed up, her fur became more wet by the second. ALMOST...

"Still huh?" whispered the red tabby she-cat to Nefarious. The large feline was not oblivious, and it was becoming impossible to miss the snow leopards state of mind. He was being pouty for crying out loud! Still, she didn't know how to help so she stayed mostly silent.

Finally thought Earthquake. Now the large she-cat completely understood. However, she had one question.

"What are we going to do about her belief that Showerkissed is the leader? Showerkissed is not here. If she asks to see her what will we do?" Earthquake questioned Nefarious. The red tabby was worried, not for herself but for Calla and the Tribe.

Yes, the holly should be up high. Perhaps lining the roof of the buildings? Earthquake wasn't sure how they would hang it but she decided to voice the idea anyway.

"How about lining the roof of the buildings with the holly? That way it would be well out of reach" meowed Earthquake.
