Brackenheart heard the remark and started pacing to the front, away from Killerclaw.

IC: Brackenheart is slowly losing strength. A large paw smacks the back of her head. Everything goes black, she can't see but she can still hear. She is about to pass out, but she yells, "Cedarstorm, I love you!" before completely blacking out.

OOC: She is not dead or blind, just blacked out and to add onto the plot, once Ribbonsky returns, they reunite and Brackenheart feels betrayed, but the tom you had kits with follows you here, joins the clan and then Bracken falls in love with him. Is that ok?

(Yeah thats fine, I'm just waiting for a reply from Feather Star. How about we skip to where Ribbonsky disappears and we are forced to go back home.)

I like Feather Star's idea and yours Cedarstorm. But how 'bout we stick with Feather Star's? It's real easy and not too complicated.

Brackenheart flung herself at a Dark Forest warrior. The warrior turned and raked her face. Brackenheart let out a yowl and sliced his throat. The warrior slowly faded and pride swelled in Brackenheart's chest.

Ok, I like that one a lot. So let's skip to when we lose Ribbonsky, and go on according to the plot! I'll start.

Brackenheart awoke when one of her kits walked over her stomach. She opened her eyes to the sound of squealing and running. Brackenheart saw her kits running in the nursery. "Kits!" she snapped. "Stop all that running! You're going to step of Ribbonsky's kits." The thought of her siter made her sad. Windsplash was a queen that all her kits had died so she had plenty of milk and offered to take care of the kits as her own.

Brackenheart's heart broke at the sight of her friend in dispair. She licked her kits heads and padded over to him, sitting next to him, attempting to comfort him. "Cedarstorm I-.....I just-" Brackenheart couldn't speak. She gently laid down and nuzzled him. She knew it was no use, but it was all she could do. "It'll be O.K, I promise." She mewed. She got up. "I'll leave you alone." she rounded up her kits and started walking out.

Brackenheart turned and looked at Cedarstorm. Her heart skipped a beat as her eyes fell on the strong, handsome tom. She blushed noticably and quickly stopped. She laid down in her nest, letting her kits play around her. She was about to shout out how much she loved him, but knew he wouldn't be able to handle it. Suddenly, mist started swirling around in the nursery. Her kits squealed with fear, and Brackenheart stood over her kits, arching her back and hissing. Her mother, Cripplefeather, appeared, battle scarred and angry.

Brackenheart snarled and spat, "What do you want?" she stepped in front of Cedarstorm, gaurding his kits. She swiped at the she-cat, but it just went through her sparkly fur.
"Fool," the old she-cat spat. "I am dead. I can only speak to you once now that I am dead. But I just wanted to say that the battle has only begun. I have sent my warriors out to kill the both of you. So watch your backs." she rasped before disapperaing into the mist. Brackenheart let out a sigh of relief as Cripplefeather disappeared. She turned and mewed, "Are the kits alright?"

Brackenheart went outside and grabbed a squirrel for the queen. As she walked out, she noticed Spiderfang watching her. His eyes were full of hatred and Brackenheart turned hot in embarrassment. She walked to the fresh-kill pile and picked up a juicey squirrel, she turned around and bumped into Spiderfang. "Oops, sorry." she apologized. He let out a growl and stalked away. Spiderfang isn't one of Cripplefeathers minions is he? She wondered, shaking the thought out of her head after a while. Nonsense! He's a loyal warrior.....right?!

Brackenheart walked in and gave the queen the squirrel. "Thanks." she meowed. Brackenheart dipped her head and padded off.
