All those years ago, she was a house-cat. A small little kitten with big dreams. Now she was stone-faced, angry, with a prominent scowl upon her maw. She wasn't sure why she was so angry today, but something affected her. She could not cross this line, a heavily marked border. She was no fool--she'd gotten into enough trouble by crossing into someone else's territory before around here. Scurrying about, dodging cars with hitched breath, she did not want to be killed. Not yet, at least. “Hello?” her voice, gruff yet particularly feminine in nature, the golden tabby kneaded her white paws on the cement, awaiting her fate.

    “Mother... fucker?”

Was that a compliment or an insult? She wasn't sure how to respond. She pursed her lips, and just let out a mew “I am Annie Leonhardt, and I come to join.” of course, she added shrug to his insult, lifting her shoulders carelessly, she didn't know what it meant so she'd dismiss it... who cared anyway. Just some bird. It probably was respected, the way he acted, so with that, she just shrugged again.

She nodded, stepping forward. Hanji Zoë? It sounded like a nice name, and she just shrugged carelessly again, dismissing it. She knew she'd have to remember that name around here if she was going to get anywhere, but for now, she'd just put it in her memory banks for safe keeping. “My loyalty? I swear it.” she mewed in a causal tone, straight to the point. She wasn't in the mood to be extravagant, there was no need. It was either she was loyal or not, and she didn't she why not.

She nodded to the she-cat that approached briskly before turning back to the bird and shook her head, turning around and walking past the three “Eh? I'll find my way around, thank for asking, though.” she mewed. 'Bitch? Isn't that a female dog or something? Now I'm a dog?' she pondered. This guy really gave of mixed signals. First he was serious, now he was all cheerful. She shrugged mentally to herself. She'd get more chances to answer her questions later, now it was just time to figure out how to get around this place.

Elise had been busy that morning. Maybe it was the organization of the herbs that had accidentally been scattered everywhere in her grogginess to get up, but she had to be social, especially with the members. Just because she was a Doctor now made her better than nobody. She looked around, half-expecting someone to strike up a conversation.

    "Hmm..."

Elise turned to her sister and smiled softly. Of course, a greeting was in order, right? They weren't close nor did they speak much, but they were siblings. "Hey, Liz." she mewed and nudged her sister's shoulder "And yes," she sighed, hanging her head "When I awoke, I spilled the herbs everywhere. It took be forever and a darn day to fix it!" she grumbled.

Elise turned to the deputy, but not before greeting everyone who padded over with a kind nod and a purr “Possibly. But, I thought it would be better than to see the cats I barely see due to my very strict work ethic. Socializing and bonding is a bit more important.” she explained calmly to the deputy respectfully, ears twitching.

She nodes and went silent for a few moments. Of course, since inactivity was a threat to the Storm tribe, she knew what Crackedsmirror meant, but she really needed to catch up with her old friends and family members, especially Liz. She smiled and nodded. "I do understand that Storm tribes main enemy at the moment is indeed inactivity, so it might be a good idea to chat while we hunt? I dunno, I was just trying to do something else other than sit in the Doctor's den all day. she sighed.
