IC: The train pulled in and Tora gazed out the window. "Wow..." she gasped.
"The capitol..." Justin muttered. The two are lead off the train and Tora heard a crowd of people cheering. She was then taken away to a building and placed in a room. She sat on the bed and looked down at the carpet.
