Silverkit giggled and blushed. "How do you use this tail!" she growled. "I h-www!" she had a mouth-full of tsil fur puffing from her jaws. She spat it out. "EEEEEWW!"

Silverkit spat the fur out. "Are you my friend Dappleeeeeee? Becasue your my friend."

Foxkit groomed himself. It took a long time to groom himself with such a smalle tongue.

Eclipse purred at her son. -
"Yay! I like you Dappleeeeeee! Can I go hunting with you?"

"Good. Listen... I must confess... I do love you." she mewed slowly.

"Okay. What are we going to hunt for?"

"FOH-KITTTT!"

"I'm good at catching my tail! Look!" she mewed, leaping on her tail. She smiled triumphantly.

"Well... okay." she mewed. She held her hind up high, belly rustingly the leaves softly. She smelled a scent that was very familiar... "MOUSE!" she whispered. She kept her tail high and licked her lips. The louse was in sight, scrabbling across a tree root, munching on a sweet nut. She lept and shoved the mouse into her mouth, not knowing how to kill it.

She spat it out. She pawed at it as it still moved. She clawed it's face and it went limp. "We should rinse it in the stream so no one gets spit on their mouse." she mewed, getting the mouse-fur flavor out of her mouth.

Silverkit felt this was a dream. She had caught her first prey at 2 moons and with no training. She saw a squirrel, and signaled for Dapplefur to catch it.

Silverkit watched Dapplefur as he stalked the squirrel. She dipped the mouse in a pool and watched it go wet. She dropped the mouse in a fern plant and watched him again.

Silverkit swelled with liking inside. I have my first friend! Silverkit squealed with joy. "Let's go back to camp with this fresh-kill!"

Sunshinefeather saw the helpless kit and went to help.

Silverkit took her prey to the elders den as soon as she got back. "Look what I got, Redfur!"

Sunshinefeather ran up to the kit. "Don't move... I am going to get herbs!she mewed. She ran and got honey, comfrey, and poppy. "Eat these seeds and leafs. I will spread this honey on your neck.

Ambersoul walked up to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a vole. "Wanna' share some, Dapplefur?" she asked, acknowledging his squirrel.
