Jakob hugged her back, secretly feeling great sorrow from her leaving but hiding it to try and make Elizabeth feel better. "I understand." he said simply and plainly enough to get the message across but in a strangely comforting way.

Jakob nodded as he looked at her. "I'll keep it safe. Promise." he told her, clutching the ring tightly in his hand as his green eyes studied his best friend. He went in to hug her one final time. "I guess you have to go now, right?"

[I didn't :P]

During this last hug, Jakob brought his hands up and placed something around her neck. "Here." he said to her, looking at it then back up at her. "I'll miss you too."

"You should get going." he told her with a smile and glanced over to the staircase down to where her father was calling her to. He began to walk towards the window, rather than the stairs.

Jakob watched, sitting on the roof outside of that window as Elizabeth's limo drove off. As it turned the corner and left his sight, he sighed softly and hopped down off the roof. "I won't." he said after the fact, staring down the street for a moment before heading back to his own house.

Jakob had no idea Elizabeth was on a jet landing down, nor did he know how close it was. He was sitting in his chair, at his desk, his headphones on and a game on the screen of his computer. Custom-built, actually. He built it himself too.

Eve took a step to continue the way she was walking but ended up tripping and falling through the foliage separating her from the area with the rock that Shimmer was on,

Eve sat up, her hands were a little scuffed up and she winced from the slight twinge of pain from them.

"H-hi.." Eve mumbled embarrassedly, blushing a tiny bit as she looked away.

"Sorry to disturb you.."

Eve blushed heavier and looked away suddenly. "I-It's fine.." she mumbled timidly and shyly.

"So... what are you doing out here...?"

"Oh.. uh.. kay..."
