i actually think that we should leave them at medic/medic app., and all ranks can get that rank "upgrade" by adding like, senior at the end of their name, like medic senior. it doesn't have to be that exactly, but maybe something like that?? and maybe everyone has to call them sir or ma'am or something special like that, idk
