Once back at the camp Sol climbed to the highest point he could. He noticed a zombie coming up behind Solar. So he sent another crossbow bolt into its face.

"Yeah" Sol hollered "right betwixt the eye sockets" as he sent out another barrage of bolts

Then suddenly as suddenly as they had arrived the zombies began to recede.
Either way Sol continued to fire off his crossbow until he could no longer see them. -
"Yeah, we did it" Sol stated before turning and settling down beside Shimmer "I'm glad you're ok"
"I'm glad to see that you haven't changed much" Shimmer joked "I was afraid you might have gotten soft on me"
"Oh you know me"
"Yep" Shimmer whispered "your a fighter" -
"That doesn't count" Sol said "I was uh"
Shimmer gently placed a hoof to his mouth "it's ok Sol"
"I know" he replied "your here now" -
"Alrighty then" Shimmer replied as she and Sol got to their feet "by the way in case you didn't know, my name is Shimmer"

"Well you seem to have a nice little outfit here" Shimmer replied "is there anything I should be aware of?"

"Yeah" Sol said reinforcing what had just been said "I almost threw a bucket of water on her"
"Well that must've been awkward" Shimmer stated -
"Well I don't know about y'all" Sol yawned "but all that awesomeness has gotten me tired"
"Me to" Shimmer agreed "so where can we go sleep at?" -
"That'll work" Sol replied "where is it?"

"It's perfect" Shimmer said happily "well perfect in terms of our current situation"
"It's definitely better than where we used to live" Sol replied -
"Come on you need some sleep" Sol said nudging Shimmer toward a bedroom.
"Only if you're coming with me" she replied.
