    Noah Smith; Silver Meadow Stables

Noah was about to refute what Stella said; that he would never text her such a thing and that-for the most part- had quite enjoyed hanging out with her. But then he saw Stella's phone, and it did indeed show him texting her saying that he needed space, thought Shiloh was better and to never talk to him again. Noah's eyebrows shot up as he better examined the text. He moved his eyes from the phone to Stella. "I didn't do it, I swear! I would never text you something like that, and you of all people should know! And I didn't even know Shiloh the day this was sent, I met her yesterday."

    Collin
Collin noticed movement on the other side of the fence. Curious, he moved over to join the few others that had accumulated near the fence. Now closer, he could see a sleek, black horse, reminding him of The Black Stallion or Black Beauty. He silently wondered if that horse was the special partner of anybody in the clearing with him. The male looked on excitedly, eager to find his horse. Just then a man stepped out of the building, calling for everybody. Collin noted he had an air of authority about him, and moved closer to see what he had to say.

    Kimberly
Kimberly's eyes darted to a man who had stepped out of of the ranch house. The man instructed for the group to gather near him. "Finally." The girl muttered before grabbing her bag and striding up to him. She place her bag by her feet and crossed her arms, waiting for the man to continue.

    Brine
Brine lifted her head, chewing the remains of grass. Might as well go check on the humans. The mare thought with a sigh. Every once in a while, she'd get close enough to the ranch to see if any more humans had come. Humans meant more horses being taken away, and by no means did she want to be taken from her home. So when the humans did come, she'd go into hiding, away from where man nor horse could find her. The sleek Arabian began a slow trot through the forest towards the ranch.

When the Ranch finally came into view, Brine halted at the edge of the brush. What she saw brought panic and fear into her veins. Humans. With a bolt, Brine stumbled into a gallop through the forest, her eyes wide with fear.

    Echo
Echo raised his head, looking into the distance. The wind brought him the scents of other horses nearby, a little ways from the lake. "Why not..." He muttered. The stallion picked up a trot in the direction of the other horses. Within minutes, a white flank came into view. "Hello?"

I know your probably not looking for a religious response or anything, but if you believe it's something paranormal (a.k.a a demon), try saying 'In the name of Jesus, go away'.

OOC: I believe it's just because everyone's busy. I hope o_O ❤Equine-Obsession❤ did note she was going on vacation. But I wanna continue this.

    Tailor Cressman; White Hollow Stables

Tailor followed Caylen over to a horse's stall. The brunette peered through the grey bars of the stall, looking in at one of Caylen's large, chestnut horses. Tailor recognized the horse as Cinnamon, who was getting noticeably excited by everything going on in the barn. After watching the horse for a minute, Tailor turned her green eyes back towards Alex and Caylen. "I guess we should be helping by loading the horses into the trailers." Tailor said, glancing towards some of the empty stalls around them. "Or should we brush our horses first? Since we do want to impress those Silver Meadow kids... But I don't think we're going to be competing today...Do we even have time to brush our horses?" Tailor was mostly rambling now, and seemed to notice herself, as she quickly stopped talking and titled her head. "So what do you guys want to do?"

The brunette giggled at the boy's words, her green eyes glancing from his brown eyes, to the concrete floor, to Caylen. A light blush lit Tailor's face as Alex placed one hand on her shoulder. Her eyes met Alex's again and she nodded. "Okay, I a-" she paused mid sentence as Alex winked at her. She attempted to give him a disapproving look for anything close to flirting, but couldn't keep a straight face and laughed. "Um, so yeah, I agree." The girl finished, her blush deepening.

    Kimberly
Kimberly let out a long sigh, rolling her eyes. The red haired girl was starting to feel annoyed towards the man. "Get on with it." Kimberly muttered, wondering why they couldn't just discuss everything inside.

    Collin
Collin nodded at the man's words. "Deal." He said quietly, his voice echoing the voices of others. Beads of sweat were starting to form on the male's hairline from the sun. Collin let out a small sigh from the heat, hoping the weather wasn't always going to be like this. I guess it's better then it, like snowing. Collin thought.

    Echo
The Arabian stepped further into the brush, and quickly-to his surprise- three other horses came into view. Maybe we're finally starting a herd. The stallion thought excitedly. They were herd animals, after all, longing for companionship. He was just surprised it hadn't started earlier. I mean, what other reasons would there be for three horses standing around in one clearing? The stallion hadn't seen this many horses in one place. Or other horses in general. Occasionally he'd pass one at the lake, but it wasn't like he'd socialize or speak to them. "Hello." Echo greeted the white mare, glancing at the other horses in the group. "I'm Echo."

    Brine
Brine galloped through the forest, ignoring the thorns that were driving themselves into her legs and ignoring the scents of other horses. When the mare finally reached the beach, she slowed to regain her breath. Her nostrils wide, she stepped onto the hot, comforting sand. The beach area was her home, and provided a good protection against the weather and the humans. The black Arabian began a trot down the shoreline, towards her hiding place. She ignored the pain in her legs, and focused on one thing only; distancing herself from the humans.

    Tailor Cressman; White Hollow Stables

Tailor chuckled as Alex walked away to his horse's stall. The brunette turned to Caylen. "Caylen!" She gasped. "I just met him. I do not." Tailor walked a few steps to Mandy's stall. "Okay, he is cute. But I'm not sure yet." She said, glancing back at Caylen. It was funny; Mandy's stall had been right next to one of Caylen's horses the entire time and the two girls hadn't met until the day before. Tailor grabbed the halter hanging on the stall door and slid the stall door open. The bay Arabian walked up to her, and Tailor began stroking the mare lovingly. "Hi Mandyy." the brunette cooed. After slipping the halter on Mandy, she began leading the Arabian out of her stall and towards the cross ties.

In moments the two had arrived at the cross ties. Tailor quickly clipped Mandy in and grabbed a currycomb, waiting for Alex and Caylen.

Just as Tailor was beginning to curry Mandy, she heard the sound of footsteps and the clopping of a horse's hoofs. Her green eyes glanced up as Alex came into view. He was leading a stunning grey horse, to which Tailor recognized the breed immediately. "An Arabian! He's gorgeous." Tailor said, a smile lighting up her face. "We've had an Arabian or two in the family since forever."

I'm back again as well! My other charrie (the one with Sabrina Carpenter FC) got accidentally deleted before I could do anything with her. >.< So I'm just making a new character from scratch.

    Anything but black.
    Eye color needed
The eye color doesn't matter, but they have to look cold, uninviting, intimidating.

Because of this, many don't know whether to love or hate her. On one hand, she's a great friend to have. She'll listen to you and give you advice and will be there for you. On the other, her jealous side gets the best of her and she'll be cutting you down with words.

Hi, so there was a tragic accident within the Arabian showhorse community yesterday.

"A tragedy in the ring during an awards presentation, involving a horse and youth rider resulted in loss of life for a horse on Friday evening, July 25 at the 2014 Youth National Arabian & Half-Arabian Championship Horse Show in Albuquerque, NM. Thankfully, the youth rider involved was uninjured in the accident. A difficult moment for those who love Arabian horses and their exhibitors, we are saddened that such an accident resulted in losing a horse. These moments are an emotional blow to the Arabian industry as a whole and our thoughts go out to the owners, riders, trainers and youth who loved this horse." -Arabian Horse Association

A friend told us that apparently Emily Moore was riding Hollewood Toi when she had won National Champion in her class. Her barn plus family and friends came flooding into the ring for the picture and the horse got spooked. He reared, flipped, hit his head, started convulsing and died. Luckily someone pulled Emily off in time. In minutes the whole stadium was cleared out.

It took place at Youth Nationals, and I'm not currently there so I don't have very much information about it. I've never met Emily, but this story is so upsetting that I wanted to call together every community I know to give her support. So please, put her in your thoughts and prayers. <3

Thank you everyone. Yeah. Very thankful that Emily or anyone else wasn't injured. I believe for the rest of the classes they only had one person come in for the picture, as to prevent further accidents of the same kind happening. Not sure if they will do that for Canadian or US Nationals, though.

I'm aware that people might start losing interest and such, but I do have a few reasons for not starting right away. While I am eager to begin, I like having more then three people; so the roleplay lasts longer if one person drops out/quits etc. Plus I will be gone the next two days and my participation is necessary for plot progression with NPCs. I kind of hoped we'd get another RPer by the time I'm back home; Saturday evening/Sunday morning. But if by that time we don't have another RPer I'll consider just going ahead and starting. But anyways, thanks for speaking up!

Thalia stepped out of the house, her arms full of bags and suitcases. The sun beamed down on her, the air full of humidity with a slight breeze that whirled her brown hair. The young girl was wearing a pink, ruffled shirt with a floral pattern paired with jeans and her riding boots. Thalia stumbled over to the family's van, throwing everything she was holding into the back of the car. They were travelling to Parker Stables for a competition held there. Parker Stables was a very prestigious, well-known barn with extremely good riders, and horses alike. Nearly every time she competed against one of their kids she lost. And for me to be invited! Thalia thought excitedly, grinning to herself. "Ready, Thalia?" her mom's voice broke her thoughts. "Yep. I'm ready." Thalia responded, a streak of nervousness evident in her voice. Would if they don't like me? Would if I'm not good enough? Would if I have to leave right away? Thalia forced herself to get into the back seat of the van, where her mom was already found at the drivers seat. Her dad was driving the horse trailer and the horses there by himself, and already had the head start. In the seat next to her sat a giant bird cage containing Perry, her parakeet. Charlie, her cat, was in an animal carrier in the very backseat, occasionally meowing. Everything else of hers was packed in the back; her clothing, show suits, tack, makeup... Thalia watched out the window as the car pulled out of the driveway, and she silently said goodbye to the house she (hopefully-if she didn't lose early on) wouldn't see for a while.

Thalia quickly got wrapped up in her thoughts as she looked out the car window. Outside they were passing rolling hills of grass, but the young girl barely acknowledged the fact. Her mind was consumed with worries, pride, memories and regrets of deciding to come to the Parker Stables Competition. I wonder if I'll be competing against any kids from the Parker Stables... We won't stand a chance if we are. Bae spooks so easily... And Legacy has bucked in classes before. Well, we've won before. We can do it again. We were invited, weren't we? Slowly, lost in her thoughts, Thalia feel into a light sleep, imagining the car's smooth movement to be the canter of a horse.

Thalia blinked open her eyes sleepily, awoken from the jolt of the car parking. She stiffled a yawn and looked around. Suddenly she sat up right, squealing. "We're here!" All of her previous insecurities melted away, and she quickly opened the car door to let herself out. She heard her mom chuckle at her eagerness. They had parked at what must have been the main building, and Thalia could see other barns and rings nearby. Further ahead she could see their trailer and her dad talking to two people. Thalia jogged up to them, her mom trailing behind her.

Thalia placed herself next to her dad, who was talking to a tall blonde women and a lanky blackhaired man. The women smiled towards Thalia, reaching out a hand. "You must be Thalia. I'm Laura Parker. This-" She motioned to the man next to her- "is Bill. We welcome you to Parker Stables." Thalia stood flustered for a minute before responding. "T-thank you. I'm really grateful to be here." Laura smiled. "Your horses have been placed in their stalls and cared for. Now, I would not want to begin the tour without the others. Once everyone have arrived, we'll give the tour and get settled in. Sound good?" Thalia nodded, smiling. She glanced out at the road leading up to the building, waiting for the next person to arrive.
