teyler is somewhat average, being 5'4". he has pretty short, thick semi-wavy raven-black hair with bangs that fall in his eyes. teyler has a limber and lithe frame, not bulky, but not stick-thin. he has brilliant golden eyes, but they his sight is impaired. he wears pretty amped up contacts, as he has a major nearsighted flaw. teyler usually wears turtleneck sweaters and tight jeans. he isnt too keen on fashion, and will just go to the bottom of his closet and throw on whatever looks and smells okay, heh heh. he loves the color beige, the lil shrimp, and most of his clothing has this color. his rust symbol is imprinted on a minimum of his clothing, as he doesnt like to see others as a mental image of their symbol, if that makes sense. he will usually wear black canvas shoes.
teyler has somewhat large horns, those of a gazelle's, ridged and curved ever so slightly near the upper 'half.' they have a broken, ragged surface due to rubbing against/bumping into just about practically everything. the male troll is particularly defensive about these, and does [i][b]not want to break one, as he is worried about the pain and the physical appearance.
teyler is skittish, yet impatient and rather snarky. he hides all the wit and sass, covering it in a blanket of submission and anxious statements, causing him to tick off quite a lot of alternians. he doesn't like to do anything on someone else's terms, and will make sure that they know it. shortening this bit up, teyler is secretly a rude lil dood and every inch is dripping with snark, with a thick comforter of 'please dont come near me please.' however, this facade of nervousness is a way to keep everyone from getting close to him. he is afraid of getting close to somebody and losing him, and this fear has made him quite paranoid. he will make the strangest and some cray-cray excuses to leave the simplest of outings. the troll expects others to see him as a little rust-blood, one that'll be dead in five secs, but this mental image of himself actually explains his inferiority complex. he views himself as a shameful, pitiful creature, yet keeps the fact hidden from others'. basically, he can dish out all the hate, but can't take it from others. teyler isn't a very good comedian, and has a horrible sense of humor, causing him to make little things, i.e. teases from friends, blow up into huge-o drama-ramas. however, the troll does have some good traits. he is a fabu listener, and has a knack for comforting others. he will simply sit next to a crying friend whisper little things, no matter if it gets them in trouble. he will pet them and stroke their hair, as this motion helps himself feel better. he also is pretty intellectual, yet he himself doesn't think of himself as logical. teyler has a natural interest in fauna, and will study for hours on end just to know more about an animal. he's especially fascinated with members of the cervidae and bovidae, as his lusus is an antelope.
