He smiled at that. "Thank you." He stretched a bit. Truly, he wasnt THAT picky... There were jusf some foods he tended to really dislike and just refused to eat them. Vegetables were one of those.. He didn't know why, but their taste was pretty much horrible or they literally had no taste at all. Though, he liked raw carots and either baked or mashed potatoes...

"Love it! One of my favorites. Ooh, that's cool~" he purred

    [ ahh, okay, thank you <3 ]

The hunters dark gray eyes seemed to turn to stare at the bright sky above. He let out a small breath of relief at noting it wasn't strewn with that of rain clouds. Again, he hated any weather that wasn't cool or warm... It would be absolutely horrible if it had begun to rain. He presumed that a lot of the animals would go into the shelter they could find, and really, he'd rather not accidentally stumble upon a bears den rather than a stag or so taking shelter. Adding onto the fact that rain was cold, wet, and uncomfortable. He couldn't name a single person who loved the thought of wet socks. Another thing to add onto the list of negatives for rain is that it caused the ground to be slippery and wet. Whether causing the ground caked with dirt to form into mud, or wetting down the grass to make it easier to slip... He disliked rain quite a bit. So it was soothing, really, to see that it appeared as if it wouldn't be raining anytime soon.

His gaze had turned from the sky and on the surrounding area. Dark eyes narrowing as he continued to scope around. His eyesight was very sharp, and it had to be, as well as his hearing, if he wanted to be successful. Truth be told instinct and waiting for the right time definitely played a huge part in this too. His arrow remained drawn, as this would give him more or an advantage if he could simply aim properly and fire, rather than grabbing it from the quiver and having to nock it again. Though that didn't take much time, Kol far preferred taking just any shortcut he could take.

He froze as he could hear a sound coming from a certain direction. His eyes narrowed considerably as his eyes turned instantly to the oncoming sound. He crouched only slightly behind that of a bush, so whatever animal or person was there, they wouldn't see him right away. He slowly stood upright, the sound of hooves making their way across had stopped. He let out a shaky breath; smiling to himself in triumph. The hooves must have meant it was something he could catch... Hopefully it wasn't a doe or any fawns...

He started with looking at the buck from down to up. Aiming the arrow higher and higher. But what he saw made him elicit an audible gasp of surprise. He rubbed his eyes. Then opened them. Then rubbed them again. Now opening once more. His hands seemed to shake lightly as he took a small step back. There appeared to be a man, but with the lower half of a deer, and the upper half of a human.. Though they had horns... He knew he wasn't hallucinating. He had never shown any symptoms of having hallucinations nor was this a mirage.. He hadn't taken anything that would give him hallucinations either... He now simply watched the creature, almost in pure awe.

How could such a thing exist...?

Adrienne darted across the sidewalk of the city that she lived in. She liked it here rather than a cabin in the forest for a multitude of reasons; the main being she couldn't manipulate the time of an animate object. In which forests were plentiful of them. She had been alerted a few days prior to attend at the castle, having been informed that the King requested her to be there. Why, she had absolutely no clue. Her ability was considered a lost magic, however, even so... She simply couldn't grasp why he wanted her of all people he could choose from. Though, she didn't know why, so it could have been something he simply randomly asked of people... She just didn't know. A sphere floated around her, of a strong material. She could bend it as much as possible because she could revert it to any one of its future or past phases. Thus, if it broke, she'd simply revert it to a past phase when it wasn't broken and she'd have it that way. If one of the spheres made direct contact... lets just say, it wouldn't feel great. Which was why she simply loved using it. It was useful for when she was forced to be in a place where there were living or once-living things simply everywhere.

She was of course on her way to the castle, and she'd be arriving seemingly soon.

Mitsuki & Kumori never got along too well; like dog and cat, really. And literally. Well, Mitsuki was a wolf but you get what I mean... Mitsuki being a bit more impulsive at times whilst Kumori having that attitude where he gets annoyed at literally everything. Mitsuki wasn't too impulsive or idiotic or hyper or whatever, but she and Kumori still fought a ton since they tended to get on each others nerves. They were like siblings, close but didn't get along at all. The fact that they both had received a message to report to the king just begged for them to get into some kind of fight. As well as she focused on starlight energy and him rather on darkness and all dark aspects. They were both skilled in their abilities, and both could utilize them for more than just firing blasts of straight up magic.

Mitsuki would be arriving first, as Kumori had probably taken a huge power nap and then finally setting out. He was so like a cat it wasn't even funny. She walked to where she had been called to go, as a wolf, she had very high stamina and had no problem going long distances for a numerous amount of time. Her own colorful marking had appeared not long ago, right under her shoulder atop her arm.

Hopefully this isn't about our quarrels... Mitsuki couldn't help but think as she continued to near.

[ sorry if i did anything wrong cx ]

[ i'm so sorry for the late response xc! ]

The male continued to stand in place. He could feel his body wanting to feel movement, as it had begun to shake lightly. This wasn't from fear, or cold, or anything like that... Though a natural reaction either way. This didn't happen often, where he'd stand so still his legs began to shake as if to warn him to move or his legs would fall asleep. And he did indeed move a bit, at least enough so his legs wouldn't fall into a state of unconsciousness, which would be quite obnoxious and uncomfortable. There was never a time where he'd like any part of his body to fall asleep besides all of it at once, but this certainly, was not a time he'd be even a little okay with. And the reason as to why he was thinking about his legs falling asleep at such a time was unbeknownst to even himself.

He glanced the creature up and down; inspecting it thoroughly. Though he didn't really want to think of it as 'some creature' as it seemed to be relatively humanoid. Or, it was definitely humanoid/man. Even if it didn't seem possible.. Half of the other was certainly human. Again, it didn't seem possible.. In any other situation, if someone told him about such a being, he'd laugh right in their face and say that he would need to see it to believe. Well... he saw it. And for the most part, he believed his eyes. They were very trustworthy. But even so... He was having at least a bit of trouble registering what he was seeing. If it were simply a human, or buck, this wouldn't have been unusual at all. But the fact that he seemed to be both of the two combined... And as well as he had heard of half men half horse, centaurs, in myths, but never half deer half man... And even then they were myths. Or supposedly, anyways.

He seemed to blink in surprise as what he would soon come to know as a deertaur spoke. He bit his tongue, as he regained his breath that he had seemingly lost in the simple surprise of the humanoid in general and that it had spoken. In a language he actually understood... It seemed all too bizarre, and unrealistic, but he knew it was real.

"I... You... What are you?" He asked, stuttering over his words. Oddly enough, if he hadn't taken a breath right before speaking he'd stuttered a lot more. He seemed to regain a more calm composure after speaking however.

He felt his cheeks dust over with a shade of red rather than pink. But still a mixture of both, when the other kissed the top of his head. It wasn't a kiss on the lips... or even on the cheek.. but any kiss was still a sign of affection, in which he greatly appreciated. He seemed to nod slightly, a small, warm smile playing across his features as his ears were up. "I do," He vocalized; making sure the other knew..

Akki stood within the room, back against the wall. A demonic-like tail flicked behind him as his pupils slitted a bit. He seemed to be deep in thought, a cold aura and demeanor resonating from him. He had arrived earlier than he could have, not knowing why he wanted to, but it was better to be early than late he supposed... As well as he felt if he got there early he could be alone. And he wouldn't receive constant stares thanks to the clearly hybrid being he was. It wasn't as if he had a choice, but still... All he ever truly wanted was to be able to talk with someone. But he knew that seemed a bit farfetched, who would want to befriend a demon? Err, half demon, but still... It wasn't like he was on good terms with his brethren. And he didn't want to be. Though thinking about it, maybe they wouldn't reject him as much as the people here did... Scratch that, he was a hybrid, he doubted hed fit in anywhere. Though, after a while, he had gotten used to being a loner. Though he still didn't like being one.. It wasn't as bad as it was before. He gave off a non approachable vibe for a reason, so others wouldn't want to bother him about anything that was a touchy subject. He was staring forward. Not to anything in particular. Simply... Staring.

Kumori had finally awoken. And he immediately knew he would probably be one of the latest to arrive. He swore he just closed his eyes for a second.. But clearly that wasn't the case. He rolled his eyes in annoyance and groaned lightly as he stared to the clock. He'd never admit Mitsuki was right about simply leaving rather than taking a quick little nap and then heading out... But she didn't get it. Kumori's naps were as important as food and water to him. He was very lazy in general but when needed he does successfully execute swift movements and agility. Kumori was also a bit of a whiner.. A bit being an understatement. He complained about just about everything. And he got annoyed extremely easily at the slightest things; as well as he considered most others around him as idiots. He was in a good mood... Sometimes. When eating seafood, pasta/noodles, or cheese, or just any food other than vegetables, there was a possibility he would end up in a super good mood since those were his favorite foods. He just really didnt like vegetables... He currently took a few pieces of shrimp and darted out, eating them on the way. Hed go on a few transportations since hed get tired easily walking on foot...

Starla examined her hand mirror. Truly, she wasn't obsessed with herself or her own reflection, but mirrors and how it was cool for them to reflect in general. Developing an ability with them had sparked her interest quite a bit, and she carried enchanted mirrors or mirrors she could enchant later on. As long as it was a mirror or a reflective surface, she could work with it. Her hand mirror formed into that of a larger mirror, and glowed. She had figured out how to create a portal with her mirrors. And it was very useful, but she had to be aware of the coordinates of course. She stepped through the mirror, and appeared in front of the palace. Someone stood nearby, Mitsuki. They were relatively acquainted and she had Mitsuki bring one of her Magic Mirrors to hold so she could actually use it as a portal. She didnt know Mitsuki all that well but she had gotten the letter too so... And there needed to be another mirror in the place where she wanted to go if she didn't know the place well, and didnt know about any reflective surfaces she could use instead. She offered a warm smile to Mitsuki, who was waiting for her. Mitsuki offered a smile back, and handed her the mirror. In which Starla took it and they both walked to where they were presumably supposed to be headed.

He felt his face flush even a bit more at this. Smiling a fanged smile, his cat canines revealed like a vampires. He seemed to appreciate this, though he felt a tad to shy to mention that out loud.. The fact the demon was acting this affectionate made him happy, but he never knew what to do. His purring increased a bit, smiling happily. His purring was steady but a bit loud. His heartbeat increasing

He smiled at this, purring in a comfortable manner as he nuzzled back slightly against the other to get a bit more comfortable. He almost let out a whine of disappointment at the beeping oven; and this was strange considering he loved food, but he ultimately decided against it. His eyes widened when the other didnt even bother using an oven mitt....

"Whoa," He breathed. "Isnt it hot?"

"Thats so cool..." He breathed, smiling widely. He truly thought it was, as one being able to resist heat so much was amazing... It would be the same with intense cold, but still.. Either way it was cool. Not literally as well you know its heat. But in general... "Nah I'm good," He laughed a bit. "That would just make me nervous and anxious to be honest.."

He smiled and served himself a bit of a big portion. He really liked food so this wasnt really.. Well.. Unusual for him. Like at all. He smiled a bit more as he put on some toppings and sat down. Eating away at the presumably yummy stuff. Purring softly at the taste; as as long as it wasnt vegetables albeit raw carrots and potatoes he tended to love all food.

Aki was okay with salt, but he just liked stuff like this unaltered with. He ate happily, purring softly as his tail curled. He glanced, smiling up at him. "Its amazing!" He purred happily. "Its really good. Better than a lot of things I've eaten... Maybe even better than my chocolate bars," Now this was a huge compliment. He really did enjoy the meal.
