Cassandra pulled into the school parking lot and parked her car. She took a deep breath before grabbing her books and getting out of the car. She locked it and instantly wished she was invisible. Everyone was looking at her. A small girl walked over to her smiling. "Cassandra right?" She asked. Cassie nodded and said "Yeah. Call me Cassie.". The girl smiled. "Well Cassie I'm Nellie. Welcome to hell." She said with a small laugh, making Cassie smile. She glanced around and stated directly at a boy.

Cassie watched him as he walked towards her. She stuffed her books into her bag, and drapped it over her shoulder. Her plum never left him as he continued to walk towards her. "It's was nice meeting you." Nellie said in a rushed voice, and practically ran back to her friends. She was curious as to why Nellie left so quickly, but she couldn't find the will to tear her eyes away from this boy.

Cassie looked at him slightly confused. "I'm sorry. Is it a crime to look at someone? Oh and by the way. I don't." She snapped right back, walking away. Nellie joined her. "What was that all about? Cassie stay away from him. He's bad news." She warned. Cassie looked back at the boy and then at Nellie. "Trust me, boys are off my radar. I don't need a relationship." She covered. Nellie sighed and walked back to her friends as Cassie leaned up against the side of the school waiting for the bell.

Cassie watched him with curious eyes. She couldn't help it. He had the bad boy look and the attitude to match. But for some reason, she couldn't bring herself to dislike the boy. There's always a secret behind an act. she thought to herself. She sighed and forced herself to look away. Nellie walked over to her with three other girls and a boy. "Cassie, meet Noelle my sister, Bridget my best friend, Charlie, and Derek." She introduced. Cassie simply smiled at them. The girls hugged Cassie and she winced but they didn't notice. The boy went to hug her but she took a step backwards. The girls gave a confused look. "I uh.....I have to go." She said and walked inside the school without another word.

Cassie looked up and quickly rose to her feet. "I dint think that's any of your concern. First you basically snap at me for staring, and now your saying I'm sexist? What's next?" She said gently, but her voice was fearful. She took a few steps away from him, and leaned against the lockers. Her plum eyes never left his deep green eyes.

Cassie cringed away from him. Fear was visible. "I don't care to know who you are." She said, her voice weak. It wasn't the fact that she was scared of him, she was scared of being hit. She grabbed her books and walked out of the school as the bell rang. She climbed in her car and sped out of the parking lot. She found an empty parking lot and parked. Tears brimmed her eyes but she shook them away and sighed.

Cassie sighed and drove back to the school. Adreline took over as she climbed out of the car and walked straight over to him. "Listen. I don't know who you are or why this school fears you, but I don't. I have more to worry about than some punk. So do me a favor and either stay out of life or quit being a pain in the arse." She snapped. She crossed her arms over her chest, her plum eyes glaring at him. Nellie and her friends were watching obviously shocked that she had stood up to him.

Cassie ignored the fear that was turning her stomach. "I don't fear you. And besides if you hit me, wouldn't that make you look like an even bigger piece of crap? I mean who hits a girl whose frail and innocent? My life is already hell. You can try to make it worse all you want. It doesn't phase me in the slightest." She hissed with as much defiance she could muster. She turned to walk away and said "Wouldn't be the first time a male has hit me.". She walked back to her friends forcing a smile.

Nellie glanced over and cleared her throat. "Hey Cassie. Uh we need to go. We have this uh thing." She said and basically dragged her friends away. Cassie turned around and glared at Cole. Fine. She thought. She walked over to him and leaned beside his spot. "If you wanna run off my friends, I've got no where else to go. Guess this is going to be hell for the both of us." She said watching as people began to whisper. She got an idea and smirked. Her hands wrapped around his neck and hugged him, ignoring the pain surging through her body. She pulled away and found herself amused at the gossip she had just started. Now people might just leave her alone.

Cassie scoffed. "Thing is. I'm not. They can think what they want. Pretty hard to be a whore when your a virgin." She said with a shrug. She smiled wide when the bell to go to class rang. She walked away from him before turning around "see you around Cole.". She walked into the school and sat down in her homeroom class.

Cassie watched him enter her homeroom and mentally groaned. A group of guys walked over to her and she instantly tensed. "Your Coles girl right?" One asked. She paled and shook her head as one placed a hand on her shoulder. "We saw you two earlier. No need to deny it." He said, wrapping an arm around her. Fear was prominent in her plum eyes and her hands were shaking. "I-I'm not his girl." She stuttered out, making them laugh. Her breathing increased, and the guys totally ignored it. They kept messing with her until she felt like she was seriously about to pass out.
