I am very very sorry that I have not been on that much!! school (groan) and am very busy also.... my computer shut down so I couldn't get on! But I have a new computer and though I am busy with school I will try to get on more.

IC: Rowanpaw padded out of his den, he stretched trying to make his stiff limbs more supple. He trotted over to the fresh-kill pile and began picking through the frozen prey. He was shivering in the cold, feeling the large heavy snowflakes brush his pelt. He scooped up a mouse and trotted back to the den, shaking out his numb paws. When he crawled inside the den he sighed with relief, the air was warm once again. He curled into his nest and began devouring the stiff mouse in famished gulps. That's better[i][/i] he thought to himself. After eating, he immediately focused on his pelt " What a mess!" He cried out loud. Embarrassed he covered his mouth with his tail and set to work on grooming the knots out of his russet fur.

IC:Rowanpaw walked out into the snow, his freshly groomed pelt shimmering in the half light. I think I'll go hunting He thought to himself, trotting out to the snow covered woods. When he strode out into the woods he saw the paw prints of his clanmates. But, two sets swerved sharply. They must have found something good if they veered off But he shrugged it off and walked into the woods, tail flicking nose twitching. After a while of hunting he had managed to catch 2 mice and a small sparrow. He carried the still warm bodies back to camp and set them in the fresh-kill pile. Then, he trotted back to the apprentices den to go to bed.

Fernkit whimpered in her sleep, her tiny paws battered something beside her and she woke up. Her eyes were closed and had not yet been exposed to light. She heard moss rustling around her but, could not feel anything moving. She focused on opening her eyes, harder and harder and harder. Then, with a horrible burst of light they opened to the light. She squeaked and immediately closed her eyes, falling into the comfort of sleep.
