Wanda grinned, "You know... I actually like this guy."
Jigglypuff was dancing around the sleeping pony. Wanda ran over to each trainer. She used her magic to scan the poke-balls. If they had a life-form inside she would place it inside a large sack that she had brought with her. After she collected what she needed she walked back to her partner. She giggled when she noticed that her pokemon had drawn on his face.
"I'm so not washing that off or warning him about it," Wanda decided out loud before teleporting her team to safety.

Discord followed and noticed a glass of water on her bed stand. He grinned as he decided to see if she would guess who was in the room with her. With a silent snap of his finger the water turned to chocolate milk.
Come on Celestia... Figure it out, he thought to himself.

I can roleplay Twilight if you want. I have some experience as her.

Dash started to walk down the street. Her greatest fan right next to her.
"So... Where are we going," Scootaloo asked.
The cyan pegasus sighed, "For starters I'm taking you home."
"But why!?"
"Because it's about to rain," Dash shivered again, "And... Most cutie marks come faster when you sleep at night."
Scootaloo stopped, "Really?" She asked amazed.
The older pegasus glanced back at her, "Really."
It was a lie, but she didn't want to let Scootaloo know the real reason. Not then and hopefully never.

"That's marker? I thought it was ash from the teleportation spell. I collected as many pokemon as I could before anyone noticed that something went down in the main room," Wanda smiled, "In other words... No pony saw us. But next time... Don't fall asleep."
Jigglypuff ran after a run away poke-ball that she had played with.

Twister heard the alarm and called her pokemon back to their balls. Only Charmander was left out. With her saddlebag on her back she ran inside the pokemon center followed by her fire type pokemon.
"What happened in here!?" Twister asked Pixel. She noticed that he was the only pony awake, "Wait.. Why is everyone asleep?"
"Char?" Charmander glanced around at the scene.

Okay then. I'll start.

Dash landed onto a cloud panting heavily from flying at the highest speed that she could go, without going into making a sonic rainboom. She closed her eyes for a moment before opening them again.
The cyan pegasus sat up and sighed, I can't believe I flew around all day without accomplishing my goal or creating a new trick. Maybe I should just go home...

I don't know what's happening right now. I 'me just trying to find a way in.

Wanda placed a spell on herself to mess up the scan if used on her and tried to block or change the results that Pixel was getting from Ember.
"I won't let you even try that," she smirked. Her pokemon at her hooves ready to sing if told.

Wait-the killer is not Twilight is it? Just wondering ahead of time. Also is Twilight an alicorn or unicorn in this?

Dash watched as the filly snuck back into her house. She winced when she heard a crash from inside. Maybe the sound of glass being broken? The pegasus flew off and back into the sky. Not sure of what to do next, she decided to pay Twilight a visit. It had been a while since she last saw her friend.

An invisible shield appeared around her and her pokemon.
"Nice try. Really. Now... If you excuse me... I will be using a dark magic teleportation spell to get away. It can't be tracked like the last on. Bye!" Wanda waved before she and her Jigglypuff disappeared from the scene.
Twister glared at Pixel, "Are you insane!? She had a bucking Jigglypuff! You don't just attack her! You have to get the Jigglypuff to somehow not sing or something!!"
Charmander watched as his master yelled at the other trainer.

Sorry Shaded Skies, but I don't want for Wanda to be caught that fast. Anyways... Won't trying to find a pokemon thief be better then magically knowing exactly were they are?

Rainbow jumped back at first when she saw the fire in the sky before realizing that it was a trail. She glanced at stallion who had landed on a near by cloud.
"That's a neat trail," Dash commented with a smile.

Jigglypuff glared at the stallion, but her master rolled her eyes.
"It's fine," Wanda smiled, "They tried to cast a tracking spell on you. Since I stayed behind a bit longer, I was able to change the result if not stop it completely. Not to mention that I will start using dark magic to teleport. It may be the only safe way to hide. I have five stolen poke-balls with me, but the others were left behind."

Dash landed at Twilight's library door. The light was still on so she just walked into the library.
"Hey! Twilight! Are you here?" She called out.
The pegasus then notice the alicorn walk into the main part of the library, "Rainbow? What are you doing here?"

The door opened to show a older stallion, "H-hello Sheriff... What can I do for you?" He asked.
He was confused by way the law would come to his house, but he knew that all would be reviled so enough. In the background, two feminine voices could be heard.

Nope. I decided to have them be other pokemon.

Wanda sighed, "We can tell him that it won't happen like that again. Plus, I need to catch more pokemon. I prefer training them instead of having them where their loyalty is to another trainer."
Jigglypuff nodded when her master glanced at her with a smile.

"Dark magic isn't a really big deal. What matters is how much she can handle before it corrupts her very mind and soul," Twister sighed and a she smiled at her Charmander, "We need to catch more pokemon if she has a Jigglypuff."
"Char," the fire type pokemon replied as if agreeing.

"Well... I wanted to pay you a visit as well as see if you have an interesting books that I might read," Dash explained.
Twilight nodded, "One question... Who are you and what did you do to Rainbow Dash?"
"She got bored and is now willing to try something for eggheads," the pegasus smiled.
"I might have something," the alicorn smiled, "But it depends on if you want fiction or something like a documentary."

The stallion waited a second before moving out of the way. He glanced at his wife and glared at his child. He looked back at the sherif.
He sighed, "Glass breaking would be the kid knocking over something while sneaking back into the house. But shouting confuses me. We hear the neighbors do it almost every night, but we never question it."

Wanda nodded, "Then what are we waiting for? We should hurry to give him the news before he finds out from other teams."
Jigglypuff glanced around while they talked.

"Like I don't know that?" Twister asked the stallion, "I trained all of my pokemon from the wild. All except for Charmander. His old master left him for dead and I decided to take him in. To be honest he was my first pokemon."

Discord crawled out of the shadows with a chuckle as he returned to a solid form, "I never forgot. I hope that you don't mind me sneaking in, but you know how the guards would have reacted. One thousand years, yet you still look young and beautiful as ever," he smiled at her.

Below, I have muse and just couldn't use my pony for it.

Twister giggled, "Aren't you guys adorable?"
Charmander pressed the button on one of his master's poke-balls. Meowth smiled at the reptile before sniffing around.
"What are you doing?" Charmander asked the cat.
Meowth glanced back at her pal, "They might be using magic, but we can still use normal ways to track them. If I learn their scent, we will be able to lead Twister to the thieves."
