At lest in Cloudsdale... everything is awesome! You know... I might say that to Twilight later on... Not like she would ever fly up here.

Everything is going to be out of character for the Rainbow Dash that we all learned to love, this is her discorded self before the memory spell was placed on her so Twilight is a unicorn at this timeline. The Rainbow Factory? They thought about giving me a higher rank lately, they warned me that the job wouldn't be pretty and that everything in it would have to stay secret. I might have to take the offer since I don't want to live in Ponyville anymore.

A cyan pegasus yawned, her violate red eyes watched Ponyville on case trouble threatened the peaceful town. Part of her wanted something strange to happen. It would beat being bored in another day of Ponyville.
Little did our rainbow pony friend know that something strange was about to happen.

"Maybe I should just annoy Applejack. You know what? I'm going to do just tha-" the pegasus stopped upon seeing a strange shape on a hill not far from her cloud.
She couldn't recognize the shape or anything, "What the hay is that?"

...I never really thought that far ahead. I just assumed that Ponyville was my home and never even thought of a future plan...

The rainbow pony stared with shock as the shape turned into a ball and charged towards Ponyville. The ball's speed was similar to her own and she realized it right off the bat.
She shook her head and flew towards the foreign object, not knowing what it was or how to deal with it.

If she was a person, she surly wouldn't be strange, but she would be the most amazing among them.
