Mintpaw sat down, her ears pricked watching the new warrior.

She was going to be a warrior in a moon! She wondered how easy it was for Greywing to become a warrior since he use to be in Shadowclan after all.

Traits: I am a a short furred, battle-scarred she-wolf with mysterious eyes and a limp of the right front leg. I am not very good looking as wolves go, but I would never intentionally hurt another.

History: My father was killed by a dark wolf from Poplar Cove.

Mintpaw raced after her clan as they headed to Shadowclan territory.Shadowclan had attacked a patrol by the border and Mintpaw was asked to help fend them off! Mintpaw heard the screeches of cats as they neared the border and she pushed herself to run faster.

Mintpaw looked around camp.Everyone was moving around and doing things.She scratched one ear.Realizing she was hungry she stood up and went over to the fresh kill pile,sat down and noticed two warriors,Sunfur and Runningheart talking to eachother.She pricked her ears listening to what they were saying.

Mintpaw noticed Frostpaw beside her.She purred but then realized the fighting cats were just a few feet away.Giving a small nod to Frostpaw she jumped on the back of black tom about her size.The tom yowled and tried to shake her off.

Mintpaw heard Frostpaw's yowl and wanted to help but the tom had rolled over and she had been to slow to hop off before he had crushed her.Mintpaw unsheathed her claws and clawed in all directions until she caught what she was pretty sure the toms ear and he howled and jumped off of her but her claw was hooked well in.She pulled her claw lose making a huge gash in his ear and snarled at him but he had gotten the warning.The tom turned around and raced off.

Mintpaw slashed the the cats flank and as he stood up on his hind paws to fend from the blows she took her chance and slammed head first into his belly.The tom had little breath to gasps as he got the wind knocked out him.She clawed at his ears and his exposed belly until he finally got up and slowly backed away.

But as he backed away something slammed into her pressing her against a pine tree.It was Firefang!A senior Shadowclan warrior!Mintpaw hissed as Firefangs paws pressed hard against her ribs and the trees bark dug into her shoulders.Suddenly he grabbed her by the neck and shoved her into the river that lay just behind the tree.He jumped on her and held her under the river.Mintpaw opened her eyes and saw nothing but browns,blacks,and some white and greens.When she opened her mouth bubbles escaped.She was going to drown!

Dark opened her eyes and found herself in a den.A silver tabby was at the back messing with plants.She opened her blue eyes wide in fear.Your awake meowed the silver tabby turning around.She realized it was a she-cat.She had long silver fur with pretty green eyes and she smelled of plants.Who are you she asked.Dark blinked.I-im dark.Who are you Dark meowed.I'm Silverleaf the adult cat replied.

Dark opened her eyes finding herself in a strange den.Well hello a voice said behind her.

She whipped around her blue eyes widened in fear.A fawn tabby she-cat with a blue and green eye and scars on her shoulders was standing there.Who are you Dark squeaked.I'm Oceangaze the she-cat replied.Who are you?Me Dark thought then slowly she replied Dark.

Silverleaf licked at Lightkit's fur.Mom Lightkit asked.What Silverleaf meowed.Will we win the battle?Silverleaf closed her eyes and meowed I don't know.

Dark gazed up at the big cats and with a small quick meow she replied,Dark.

Mintpaw lay on the ground.Bubbles outlined her lips and she wasn't breathing.A brand new scar on her hind leg glistened.When she opened her eyes she was somewhere she had never been before.She was in a forest but nobody was there.Then a gray she-cat walked out.Who are you Mintpaw hissed.Don't worry Mintpaw I'm Silverleaf,a cat from Starclan.Mintpaw's eyes widened.Now close your eyes and go to sleep.Mintpaw narrowed her eyes and before she knew it she had woken up back to feeling numb,wet,cold,and in pain.

Panther that hides in shade followed her mentor down the side of a rumbling volcano.Keep up sage yowled.Panther nodded and quickened her pace.Then with one big rumble she lost her grip on the ledge and was thrown off.

Violetpaw walked nervously around all the cats.A small brown tom sat beneath a hawthorn bush.Well Hello Violetpaw purred rather awkwardly.Um hi said the tom turning.Who are you he asked.I'm Violetpaw she replied.You?Mousepaw the tom replied.Violetpaw nodded and gently dabbed a paw over her ear.

Burningpaw watched the last of the Thunderclan warriors flee.She narrowed her blue and orange eye.Come on back to camp her mentor,Brackenreed ordered her.Growling she trotted after him.

Cinnamon stood beside the member who described Scourge's death.She looked at the cats kits and Cinnamon closed her eyes.What will happen to us now?

All Mintpaw did was let out a weak croak in reply.She curled up in a ball and she didn't open her eyes.All she wanted to do was sleep.
