  • Avatar preference (Poll)

    Personally, I prefer when a character account has some kind of representation of what the character looks like. Whether that's their avatar or a picture in their signature, I'd like at least something. Having something like that is much easier than me having to read their tags every time I interact with them.


    When I'm setting up a character account, I look for pictures of their species first. However, if I don't find any good images or the character doesn't fit the species' normal looks, then I just go with their faceclaim or something from their aesthetic. :P

    13 days into January and I've already forgotten what the hell I've done so far. Joined the Hyperian Isles Discord server and everyone's hella chill there. Seeing as that's the only thing that I remember being special about my 2020 so far, I'd say we're off to a good start. :)


    I would also like to offer Caera up for adoption. Love that baby but DAMN did I do her wrong (and I continue to do her wrong by never finishing her joining thread).

    On that note, though: I don't think I'll get around to starting January until after my finals are over. Got 2 essays, a book study, 2 journals and quite a few other assignments to finish this week PLUS studying, so I'm way too busy to focus on her lol. I promise though, I'm still 100% invested in her, so I will get her out! It won't be another Caera (and Twigspring) situation, lmao.

    Hey, welcome back! I definitely know the feeling- I also returned from a 2-year long back not too long ago. (I saw not too long ago but checking now, apparently I returned in March of last year.... So it's been almost a year of me being back on this site. Holy ;;) But it's really crazy to think about how long I went without checking this site, lol.


    Trust me, I also know the struggle of dropping characters. I always planned on bringing back an old character of mine when I returned to the site but, well, it's been a year and nothing has happened with that. xD Along the way I've also planned out new characters but they haven't gone anywhere, either. I just have so many good character ideas.... Then I lose muse for them after a week.


    I can't give you any personal opinions on the clans (I haven't RPed in any of them) but I've heard a lot of good things about Sanguine Ruins and Volary Flights! I think Solaris Kingdom is another name I've heard pop up frequently. That's about as much info as I can give you on them, tho. xP


    Also, sorry if this post doesn't make the most sense, It's 1 AM and I'm falling asleep as I write this lmao
