Nova stared in disbelieve at Blaze. "How'd you get here??"

"So you were here the whole time?" Nova asked

"Are you dead?" Nova asked hopefully. Then she turned to Lisa, "What did you do? Is another power emerging? And can you do it to Brook?" Nova asked. Cords surrounded her feet and waited for her command. Just in case....

"You try to do it to me and get a shocking hot surprise..." Nova growled. A Scroll came at her and Nova blasted him. "Can we find the rest of the FF and get out of here?"

"We're just going to leave the Scrolls here?" Nova asked bursting into flames and following them.

"Ya know, I think you guys can deal with it, I'm going to do something else." Nova said. Than she tapped her communicator. "If you need the awesome technopath, just call me." She turned around and flew the other way.

Nova landed on the sidewalk of New York. She sighed and started walking towards somewhere.

Nova thought she heard Lisa's pathetic voice, but it was to quiet to hear

"Something's not right. Why attack now? And without a purpose... it just doesn't seem right. And not only that, I'm the only one here, everyone else is either kidnapped or finding the kidnappers." Nova said to herself.

"What is really happening?" Nova asked herself. She sat down at a bus stop bench. Someone jumped in front of her. Nova yelped. "GHEESE! Wall Crawler!! Was that necessary?!" Nova yelled at him.

Nova growled, but stopped. "Have you been fighting anybody lately?" Nova asked

"Me? Yeah, actually..." Spider Man started and both him and Nova jumped away from a huge glob of glue.

"I tried to call S.H.E.I.L.D, but they didn't answer. Where is everybody?" Spider Man asked.
"I say it is a distraction for something bigger." Nova said dodging glue
