Cross nodded before she stood up, Bakura in her arms and Dobin at her side. "Do you think he's far?" she asked worriedly, her cat ears twitching before pinning back against her cascading scarlet hair.

"L?" Cross called as she walked, holding Bakura in her arms as Dobin followed at her heels. "Where are you?" she questioned out loud as she stopped and glanced around worriedly, hoping Kyte was having better luck then she .

Cross's ruby colored eyes widened as she took in his appearance, her cat ears and tail twitching with surprise. "What happened? Are you alright?" she asked worriedly, concerned and worried for her friend.

OOC: Alrighty :)

IC: "Are you sure?" Cross asked with a tilt of her head, her eyes blinking as he touched her nose. "Bakura was scared to death when I found him, I'm sure there's something else?" she stated, rather confused about it herself as she glanced down at the cat she had in her arms, Dobin nudging her side as he looked to her for attention too, a trait his original tamer wanted trained out of him along with the Demon Schnauwl's timid nature.

Cross reached out a hand to help him before she drew her hand back, thinking better of it. "Okay..." She mumbled before she finally gave Dobin the attention he wanted. "I'll... be in my room then," she stated as she went back to her room, the Demon Schnauwl chasing after her, afraid to leave her side.

OOC: Kyte found a dungeon and messaged everyone about it, once all of the guild members met up with Kyte they heard voices on the other side of the dungeon door before they ran into Jason and Suki and then they saved Fox and his group. Afterwards Romulus went to go meet L who had previously slipped away, but they quickly returned to the others when Cross sent them a message of help because Kyte and Fox were closed in the dungeon. Once they rescued Kyte and Fox, Cross sent all of her fellow guild members a useful pet and they all went back to town where L reserved rooms of all of guild members on the top floor and he told the clerk to tell anybody in his guild to meet him there. Later on, once Suki, Jason and Cross had gone up to the requested room they chatted before L kissed Cross on the cheek and Jason and Suki left. Kyte came up and Cross left whole both L and Kyte chatted about them both liking her. They all went to bed, except for Jason and Suki who are still at the blacksmith's, and L suddenly changed and left the Inn where he killed 3 players before he got a message from Suki which snapped him back to himself. L returned back into the Inn where Kyte and Cross, who were currently looking for him, met up with him. Cross returned L's cat, it having recently scratched on her door, and left to go back to her room and now it's just Kyte and L.

Cross stroked Dobin as she lay in bed, a few restless thoughts keeping her up. Closing her ruby eyes, she tried to clear her mind before she felt herself slowly drifting off, the Demon Schnauwl snoring beside her as he flailed his great, long legs, jolting Cross from her light doze. Letting out a sigh, she sat up and glanced around the darkened room before pulling her knees close to her chest, a hand gently stroking Dobin's side as the tamed beast dreamed, something peaceful she hoped...

Cross sneezed softly, causing her to tilt her head with slight confusion before she shook her head, her cat ears flicking up as she saw L's message flash onto her screen. Blinking with curiosity she typed up a reply. "Yea, we can talk, can't sleep anyways... Is something wrong?" she typed before sending the message and hugging her knees, one of her fingers tracing a pattern upon the soft surface of her pink and orange pajamas, her tail flicking back and forth slowly.

Dobin jerked his head up as L's reply popped up onto her screen before the Demon Schnauwl went back to sleep, a few stokes along his side calming that large, tamed beast. Typing up a reply, she paused, unsure about how to answer the part about him liking her. Shaking her head, the beast tamer decided to skip it completely. "Do you wanna tell me about it to help... get it off your mind?"

Cross twirled a few cascades of her scarlet hair as she waited for L's message, her legs crossed neatly as she gazed over at the curtains, the virtual moon's light casting shadows of all sorts into her room. Seeing his message pop up, she read it over, stopping mid sentence a couple of times before rereading it over and over. She released a breath before she leaned her head back, touching the headboard of her bed, thinking of a reply. "It's alright. We'll figure out what made you do it, I promise.." skimming over her types words, she let out a hopeless sigh before she sent it, grabbing and hugging a pillow afterward before falling over onto her side, her arms holding the pillow tightly to her chest as she breathed in deeply and closed her eyes. Releasing her shaky breath, she ran her fingers through Dobin's fur, her cat tail twitching back and forth as it hit the bed softly, her ears drooping with uncertainty. 'Maybe my message was too short... Maybe I should've comforted him, or at least went to give him a hug.....' Cross thought to herself as she twirled a few strands of the Demon Schnauwl's grey fur around her fingers.

Cross, feeling herself being lulled to sleep by the rise and fall of Dobin's sides, slowly closed her ruby colored eyes, her cat ears twitching one last time before they lie still as the beast tamer drifted off, unaware of the brilliant white figure standing outside her window, it's antlered head tossing before the beast soon vanished, receding into the virtual night as morning crept closer.

Cross awoke to loud barking, her eyes blinking open tiredly before she slowly sat up and yawned. Spotting Dobin barking loudly at the curtains and window, she immediately raced over and tried to silence the Demon Schnauwl's loud barking, but eventually giving up when the stubborn beast wouldn't stop. "Just what are you barking at?" she pondered before she crawled over to the window and drew back the curtains in a quick motion, flinching slightly as her eyes adjusted to the bright lighting. "See Dobin, there's nothing-" Cross started before she cut off as she spotted a large, dark colored beast glaring at her with it's fierce yellow eyes. "D-Dobin, hush," the beast tamer stuttered as she quickly drew back as the large, vulture looking, beast moved it's menacing head before it opened its toothed beak and let out a high pitched, blood-curdling cry causing its victims to double over in pain.

"C-coming!" Cross called out as she stumbled over to the door, her hands over her ears, sending her a bit off balance and causing her to hit the door before falling onto the floor. Shaking her head, she removed one of her hands and reached for the door handle, the screeching suddenly ceasing. She quickly glanced over to the window, the large vulture like beast nowhere to be found. Cross stood up, tilting her head curiously before she opened the door, still looking towards the window, dazed.

"Um, not a problem," Cross stated as she blinked out of her daze. Standing up, she placed a hand on her head before glancing back to the window. "And I'm fine... Dobin just scared a.... bird," she mumbled, her cat tail twitching as the Demon Schnauwl trotting over to her side, whining apologetically. "Sorry if we woke you guys up," Cross muttered sincerely as she ducked her head with slight embarrassment.

"What is this thing? A metal Lapras?" Calais questioned with a curious tilt of her head as she examined the boat, her amber eyes narrowing as she stomped her hooves into the sand.

The Deerling flicked her large ears, her head tilting. "It's not that I've never seen one," Calais stated. "I've just been too busy plotting to care," she muttered as she shifted into her human form, her arms crossing over her chest.

OOC: Nothing really happened, we're just getting ready and Jason and Suki are out goofing off.

"Why not?" Calais questioned as she jumped up, shifting back into a Deerling before getting onto the boat. "It's solid and a perfect vessel for your future ruler," she stated as she tossed her head, one of her hooves stomping defiantly.

"You heard him," Calais replied as her large ears twitched. "He's Surskit," the Deerling stated with a happy twitch of her tail, the flower upon her head shifting as the Pokemon tilted her head.

"Surskit," Calais repeated to Thor before she let out a shriek as the boat began to move, causing her to lose her balance. "What's with this contraption?" she snorted as she glared at the deck of the boat, pounding one of her hooves against it a few times.
