i've been competitive battling since... emerald came out, i believe. i used to be pretty bad at it, too, heh.
three gens later, and i've got a solid set of weather-based teams which win me nearly every round on pokemon showdown.

[size=7pt]by tagging a thread with something, you'll make said thread show up when someone searches that tag. the tag system is made specifically for finding threads that are tagged with things like your interests, but people will often have a tag for themselves, so when they search that tag, they'll see all the threads people wanted them in/wanted them to roleplay it/whatever.

my excitement has slowly been building overtime

i think x/y will be alright for entry to the series
it's got a ton of new features but not a lot of new pokemon
luckily you can catch a ton of old ones in the beginning
however you might end up a bit disappointed if you play one of the older games afterwards because of those new features

the one i'm most excited about is pokemon amie how about you[/size]

i like fukawa and togami best, when it comes to the first game. hagakure is a close third.

ahh they both function as such great assassins on the battlefield
it's the best class for the both of them especially lon'qu
either one could solo a good 90% of the maps excluding dlc ones
but almost any of my specially trained units with their best possible skills could do that really
i love fire emblem so m uch ,..,.,[/size]

[size=7pt]strategy games like fire emblem are my favorite i think
it's so fun picking out weak units and maximizing their stats and reclassing them countless times to get good skills
it's just so satisfying to watch them completely destroy an entire story map single-handedly
but that's coming from a person who enjoys calculating the exact amount of damage a single unit could do in one turn while moving twice with each weapon and the average amount of critical hits they'll land with said weapon in a map that lasts exactly fifteen turns no more no less[/size]

if you grind you'll have an easier time getting s ranks, skills, reclasses, and all sorts of stuff
but mainly levels so you can train up weak units

hmm.... lucina and morgan will be alright i suppose. the best possible pair up for lucina is olivia imo, and manakete morgan is a beast
however i think depending on your asset and weakness thing you chose at the very beginning, they marrying your mu to chrom will make them both alright as in a nice mix of the two
it all depends on what skills are being passed down
hopefully you might be able to pass down galeforce if you haven't gotten morgan already regardless

edit: ooh!! if you've already gotten morgan, what skills got passed down?? i'm interested now even more so

[size=7pt]of course if all else fails there is nosferatanking though recently i tried it with henry and i can definitely tell you firsthand that he's much too slow to fill that slot but that doesn't make him a bad unit per se it just means that i'll just have to have tharja fill it instead but even though she's one of the better nosferatankers i just wasn't feeling it?? idk maybe i don't like having such a broken unit even though i've had other ones that are similarly game breaking but no. no no, nosferatanking takes the cake. it got old after a while but it along with inigo equipped with lief's blade are really great for landing money for weapons and things but i digress
i can't have two dark magic users on my roster now can i[/size]

[size=7pt]no, no, it definitely wasn't an act. her attitude(as in, the persona she put up) was all she had left. she'd given everything to get where she was as an idol, and in the process, she basically lost herself. her """personality""" is a fabricated one created to make herself as appealing to her fans as possible, and it eventually became her only one. once she saw the video, which pictured her only friends (and her status as an idol) completely tarnished, that persona cracked, and you got to see the emptiness underneath. without those friends and popularity, she had nothing left. nothing.
