The deputy gazed down the tunnel, eyes glazed as he stood deep in thought. His ears pricked as he heard faint voices coming from both camp and the woods behind him.
Well, it'd be a waste of time to wallow around in camp. Hesitant at first, Staticsky turned and plodded towards the source of the noise.

When Static first recognized the scent of Cometclaw and Tooth, he was immediately suspicious. "What's going on over here?" He meowed with a lack of trust in his tone. Before him were the two cats, just as he suspected, but he was beginning to grow wary of his clanmates and how they acted to friendly around their once-enemies.

[font=arial][sub][ooc;;] thanks! if you ever wanted me to make you something, you could pm me (and that goes for anyone else, as well)...

[ic;;] Staticsky smirked at Tooth's flushed expression. It wasn't even love the deputy was worried about - after all this time, he almost believed that Cometclaw was sharing confidential information with the rogue or something worse. Just the remembrance of traitorous warriors made his bad eye twitch.

His gaze flickered up the tree before he spotted Cometclaw perched in the higher boughs. "I suppose you wouldn't mind me joining you, then." he chuckled, giving a confident lash of his tail before scaling the wide trunk. Once he reached the height of his fellow clanmate, Staticsky waved his tail for balance and dug his silvery claws into the bark.

[ic;;] Instead of responding to Cometclaw's rather snarky remark, the deputy just huffed followed after her.
"Maybe you'd catch some birds if you stopped rustling all the branches."

[ic;;] Staticsky snorted, dropping his catch onto the thick branch on which they both perched. "Yeah, sure," he sneered with a hint of playfulness in his tone. He grabbed his bird again and descended the tree, dropping his prey by his clanmates' catch.

[font=arial][sub]"Eh, I guess it's decent." He looked down at the scrawny finch he had killed. "We have to carry the moss back, too, so I don't think we'll be able to take it all of we caught any more."

[font=arial][sub]The deputy picked up a chunk of fresh moss, along with his kill, and padded behind the two.

[ic;;] Staticsky dropped his prey in the freshkill pile upon returning, and left the moss outside thewarrior's den for somebody to pick up later on. He then quickly trotted up to the highstone and leapt to his position on a lower ledge, looking up at Greypaw and Soulprint with a look of pride in his steady gaze.

man, i just can't get this right

[ic;;] Staticsky flickered his gaze to Bouncejoy with a nonchalant expression. Now splayed in front of the warrior's den with a sense of laziness emanating from his side-laying form, he surveyed the cats wandering about and flicked his tail occasionally to prove that he was still (at least moderately) alert.
He gazed up at the cat with his good eye, his right one glazed and half closed with a long scar ripping across his face and ending at the corner of his maw. All in all, he didn't look too handsome anymore.
He gave a curt nod to the she-cat in return, his pluming tail wavering over the stone floor before giving a light thump again. It was when the smaller apprentice, Adderpaw, gave a little snort at the two that the deputy shifted his hazel optics over to him.
"What?" he meowed with a smirk, pushing himself up into a sitting position and curling his tail around his paws.

[ic;;] Staticsky waited for Adderpaw's response.

[font=arial][sub][ooc;;] is sapphirestone new (and accepted loner, etc.) and that's why she's greeting everybody?

[ic;;] The deputy twitched an ear to glanced at Sapphirestone, who seemed to be busying herself by introducing herself to the others. Hm, a proactive one. He turned away from Bouncejoy and Adderpaw for just a moment to wave his tail in greeting.

[ic;;] "'Ey, you're the new one, right?" Staticsky called, motioning him over with a paw.

[font=arial][sub]"At ease!" Staticsky meowed sarcastically, smirking at Sapphirestone's dipped head and respectful tone. "Well, it's nice to meet you. Why don't you go make yourself useful and keep an eye on our... Guests?" he added, looking over at the prisoner's cave.

[font=arial][sub]"Or, you could walk off..." The deputy muttered to himself as Sapphirestone padded away without another word. He turned back to Bouncejoy and smiled.
"Well then! Would you care to go hunting with me?"

velocity : staticsky's changed quite a bit since i first made him xD he's a jerk now, but he'll get kinder eventually and omg sherbetrainbow is the cutest name,,

[font=arial][sub][ooc;;]okay guys, here i go with the big ol' inaccurate recap for really anybody who wanted to know (i guess this could be directed at either moon or rowan)
Forgottenclan, currently run by Comet and I (but I'm too lazy to keep track of the sign-ups and accept forms) is under attack by a group of rogues lead by Silver, whom I believe is related to Cometclaw or somebody like that. Tooth and Rip, siblings of Redfeather (the past medicine cat who was killed by the rogues during a hunt), are currently staying at Forgottenclan to mourn. Redfeather's ghost is secretly looking after the cats and keeping an eye on things.
In the past, a cat named Willowtail tried to rebel against Hyperstar and the other HPs, causing a civil war-type fight and leading a young apprentice (I believe it was Flutterpaw) to bring some reinforcements from an ally (Somberclan, although I don't believe they are active any longer) to chase out Willowtail. The group chased her to the gorge, and she fell in a suicide attempt. After that, they didn't see her again, and the Somberclanners returned home without casualties. I believe, besides Willowtail, that one or two cats were killed, and Staticsky was blinded in one eye when he unintentionally triggered a fight with Willowtail. (Other than that, having to do with past plots... I think there was some kind of illness once?? And Hyperstar's second kit (Flamekit) died after birth or something like that. Eh, who cares...?)
There is some kind of vague plotline we're all trying to follow right now, but it's a little askew and all I know is that I'm going to kill off some of my cats soon whoops I spoiled the surprise
go on comet, explain the rest and correct the heck out of me xD if anyone asks for a recap from now on, we'll just show them this.

Flutterjay and Paintedbreeze padded up. "We'll follow, too." they both mewed.
