Jasmine laughed. "You're killing each other anyways. How sad you humans are. And who says we'll let you kill us? Don't get cocky, Tara." she said the last word as if she had an unpleasant taste in her mouth. Jasmine looked towards Neil and he nodded. They both dashed into the forest, one on the treetops and one on the ground soon disappearing from sight.

Jack looked outside the window and his eyes widened. Kheyn was everywhere and Felicia was right in the middle of everything. He shut his eyes tight and pulled out a burning stick from the fireplace. I didn't want to do this but I have no choice. I have to keep Felicia safe. Jack took the burning stick and ran outside, towards the kheyn. "Felicia!" he yelled as he threw the flaming stick at her fiery red hair.

Felicia turned and saw the brightness of the fire before it hit her in the head. Her head was suddenly on fire but it didn't really hurt. Then she stared transforming. Ears peeked out from under her hood and a bushy red tail sprouted out from her rear end. Her body started changing too. Soon an almost full grown female fox stood in the place of Felicia.

Rin rushed into the hospital with Aomame not far behind. She gave Jeanne a grateful nod. "Thanks."

Aomame followed Rin behind barely glancing at anybody. She had just stood there while everybody else fought for their lives. She felt utterly and completely useless. "The storm won't stop, like he said." she whispered. "I tried." Aomame looked down at her sneakers a she sat down in a chair.

Janette laughed. "Being a fish is fun but dangerous at times when people are trying to eat you...It feels weird because you can't hear anything really well but you can like, feel everything within your line of vision. And sleeping is weird too..." Janette started blabbering on with Emmerett and answering his questions.

Firefly's ears twitched as she heard the angry shriek. Onyx. She started running towards the voice with Devin not far behind, fumbling like the klutz he is.

Neil and Jasmine had reached the side of a small hill made out of rocks. The side of the hill was covered with vines that looked like they were hanging on the rock but when you swept them back, they revealed a small hole wide enough and tall enough for a small person to walk through without hitting his head. Neil and Jasmine walked through the small opening, ducking their heads. On the other side of the opening was a log cabin large enough to fit two rooms.

Garret laughed. "Janette's sweet once you get to know her...I'm Garret, by the way. Garret Spurrfeild." said Garret. He patted Myrin on the back. "And don't worry. I'll probably deal with Janette. Most of the time."

"We'll it's hard to explain sleeping...you just kind of do it! Like, I guess you could say your eyes shut off but it's like when you stare at something for a long while and then you just don't see it anymore, you know what I mean?" said Janette, enjoying her conversation with Emmerett.

Felicia tried jumping but soon fell on her butt. "How the heck do you walk on four legs?! It's difficult!" Felicia decided to just stand where she was and fight kheyn that came for her. She bit down on the neck of a kheyn that lunged for her until it dissipated into dust.

Rin furrowed her brow. The new student? What could Jay possibly do with him?

"He's a bit woozy and has a few minor cuts but otherwise he's perfectly fine. You can go see him if you want to..." she trailed off noticing that her bright voice wasnt really suiting the atmosphere of the room. "What happened to you guys?" she asked, glancing out the dark window.

Firefly reached the clearing with Devin only to see Onyx launching herself at Sukai. If she had the ability to face palm herself at that moment, Firefly would've. That idiot...

Felicia slowly got use to the pair of extra legs and attacked the kheyn instead of waiting to be attacked. She glanced over at Jade who had returned with a cup of ice. From what she had heard earlier, Felicia assumed that Allen was turning back to a human. I guess that means I have to eat that stick to turn back into a human...

Gem nodded slowly. "Okay..." she said, not really believing that what Amar said was the full truth.

Rin thought back to the fight and tried to remember. "Yes?"

Felicia picked up the stick in her mouth and hurried to the back of her dad's shop. She swallowed the stick and turned human again. She was glad that Jade had told her to go somewhere else besides the open road because she was indeed naked. Running, Felicia hurried in through the back door of the shop and up the stairs to get some clothes.

Firefly made the right decision of staying quiet as she watched Onyx and Leo talk. She quietly followed them when Onyx ran off with Leo not too far behind.

Rin smiled. "Okay....What's a millennium storm?" She asked Mark sounding very much like a dumb blonde. Before Mark could answer, Rin turned to Allen. "Hi! I'm Rin! I don't think we've met before?" she said, cocking her head and frowning.

Garret paused momentarily and stared at his tail feathers, not catching the mischief in Myrin's voice. "Uh...I don't really think I have a behind for you to whup..."

"Yeah I guess so...being a bunny is so much cooler! I can see so much and hear so much! It's just so AWESOME!!!!!"

After Felicia was fully dressed with her hood on, she went back outside. "You guys should come in the shop..." she said quietly to Jade and Allen.

Rin froze for second and thought, Arms aren't suppose to turn into metal claws right? Rin reall wasn't sure any more... "I'm...Rin! Nice to meet you! And don't worry. I don't think anybody could've stopped that lunatic..."

Garret backed up slightly. "Um...no thank you! I'd like the location of my behind to remain unknown!"

Janette laughed and hopped over to Emmerett. "Do you have any food by any chance? I'm hungry..." Janette plopped down and started rolling around in the grass. "So hungry....I think I'm gonna die...Garret! Save me!"

Firefly silently watched Leo, curious on how this argument was gonna turn out. Devin started to talk but was quickly silenced by Firefly's menacing glare.
