Ivyblossom flicked her tail as she walked into the gathering, ears flattened slightly due to her discomfort at being there with no warriors she knew or was close to. She sat off to the side, knowing she was rather late for the gathering, but had still decided to show up. Hoping she didn't catch any attention, she let herself be crowded by the cats around her, trying to avoid conversation at all costs.
-
Ivyblossom grew curious as to where the tom had gone, sensing him near her then gone. She turned and followed him, curiosity getting the better than her. She wondered if she should speak up to let him know she was following him, but couldn't bring herself to speak. Her solitude meant too much to her.
-
The tom halted and perked hsi ears, "Some one is following me, I can feel it." He said to himself then turned around and saw the she-cat and smirked, "You are good at being sneaky I didn't realize you were following me till just now." He said his voice a deep throttle.
Ivyblossom hesitated then spoke in a small voice, soft from moons of small talk, "I have my ways." She perked her ears slightly, taking in the cat's appearance, "I'm sure you have yours."
-
Ivyblossom didn't let the comment get to her like it would've any other day, "Who knows? Maybe I am." She said back testily, eyes twinkling in amusement. "A stalker that is curious, that is." She put in, just to let the tom know that she was agreeing with his earlier theory.
-
Ivyblossom let her posture relax instantly, somehow trusting this cat, "Ivyblossom. Don't let the name deceive you, I'm nothing like it may make you think I am. After all, a name is just a name." Ivyblossom swished her tail slightly, her posture may have been relaxed but ready to spring at any moment in case of a threat. "And I agree, the darkness is a better place than in the open. Too bad my clan doesn't get the motto."

(I have to go, good night. Hope I can continue this tomorrow!)

Ivyblossom looed at NightVision, wondering what he was going to say next as she followed him a little more.

Jayblizzard crouched in a tree, her tail swishing as she watched the cats below her. Her blue eyes scanned the crowd, looking for the one cat that she was going to talk to. After all, She was here to make memories, not sit back and listen to others. It was time she got to know her allies, who may be her enemies. She spotted a tom near the entrance, and decided that she would talk to him. She jumped down, and bounded over to him, a defiance in her posture as she did so.

Amber looked to the creature by the lake, and walked towards him with a curious look in her eyes. "Uh, Hello there," She murmured, gazing at him with wonder. "I was wondering what you were doing here?"
-
Jayblizzard blinked and then stormed after him and said with an arrogant tone, "Oh really? Then why, in anyone's right mind, would you be here, SURROUNDED BY CLAN CATS?" She emphasized on the last part, her eyes burning with a glare at his insult.
Amber nodded then looked back over the frozen lake, "It's a mighty bit chilly to be out here all alone, huh?" She asked quietly, although she knew it was pointless trying to start a conversation.
-
Amber nodded, then used her hands to brush her bangs out of her face, her breath a cloud in the air. "Its fine, I shouldn't really have said anything." She said sheepishly. She looked at him and furrowed her brow, "I've never really met anyone who was like you, so I didn't really know." She said defensively.
Jayblizzard growled, but didn't want to cause a scene at a gathering for crying out loud. "Put those claws away pretty boy, I wouldn't want you to get a snagged claw, huh?" She snarled testily, but lashed her tail before slinking off into the crowd of cats, seething at how that cat was. So much for making memories. All she had was the breath of that rogue stuck in her nostrils.
-
(Jayblizzard wasn't the one talking to you! XD Amber was.)
-
(Amber was the human girl..... but all well....)
-
Amber sighed and followed him. She stood by the log, then sat down by him, but not too close, nor too far to seem unfriendly. Clearing her throat slightly, she said in her quiet voice, "I'm Amber." She didn't know what else to say, but felt idiotic for even mentioning her name. She expected an awkward silence, embarrassedly ducking her head slightly.
-
Amber sighed, rubbing her arms up and down on her thighs, trying to get the feeling back into her fingers, her fingerless black gloves old and worn. She burrowed her chin into her crimson red scarf, trying to piece together what to say next. Finally, she settled with a simple question, "Do you come here often?"
-
Amber couldn't help but laugh. She tried to stifle it, but as much as she tried, it just kept growing. The laugh made her body forget that it was cold, and the awkwardness of the conversation just buzzed in her laugh. "I'm...sorry." She said in between gasps of breaths, "I just never thought I'd be talking to someone like you, or even here at all." She admitted, trying to compose herself.
-
Amber noticed the way he sounded distant, almost annoyed at her. Mistaking it, she stood rather abruptly, "If I'm bothering you I could just be on my way out, I really don't want to be such a bother..." She said, hitching her thumb over her shoulder with her hair blowing softly. Her face was flushed from the cold, also from the embarrassment she was feeling.
-
Amber couldn't help but let a little smile play along her face as she stepped closer, 'Then what is your name?" She asked, sitting down on the log, shifting at the coldness.
-
Amber nodded her head slightly, trying out the name, "Eridan." The way she said it rolled off her tongue although she was pretty sure she didn't say it right. "Eri-dan." She said under he breath, trying to see if she could get it right.
-
Amber's eyes widened as she saw the blood, although it was purple it still made her feel faint. She jumped up and stood in front of him, crouching down. She rolled up her jacket sleeve before ripping off some her actually sleeve's fabric, wrapping it around his finger and pulling it tight, applying a little more pressure at a time till she was sure it was okay. She looked up to Eridan and sighed, "Got to watch for those things." She said breathily, head dizzy from seeing the blood. "Why is it purple?" She asks, her brow furrowing as she stared down at his gray hand.
