"Deathkit, go back to the clan." Leafkit said. Promptly Deathkit ran off. Leafkit went over and prodded Torra's shoulder, "Torra, are you okay?" Leafkit asked

"Tora, it's me Leafkit. Are you okay?" Leafkit asked again, fear evident in her voice.

Leafkit sat, afraid that this whole 'trust thing' was just a lie to rape her again. "Why did you run off? Was it because of what Deathkit said?" Leafkit asked, trying to calm herself down.

"Torra, you're going to have to open up to someone, or you'll explode. I might be the best candidate to so please just tell me what's wrong." Leafkit said, worrying for the safety and feelings of Torra. Then Leafkit settled into a more comfortable sitting position, with her tail tip on her paws, and her head near enough to Torra to lick her if needed

Ouch Leafkit thought, with a slight flinch. "There you go, Torra, this is you exploding. Trust me I've been through this before. Just talk. I want to help you. I am not leaving until you tell me whats happening with you." Leafkit said, sounding like a deputy or leader, instead of a small kit.

Leafkit was surprised at Torra's sudden exit, and was frozen in place. After Torra was too far away to see, Leafkit snapped out of her gaze. I need to find her! Then Leafkit headed back to the camp. When she passed a large clump of ferns, she scented Torra. Leafkit assumed that the older she-cat was making dirt, so she left for the camp instead of watching Torra.

Leafkit awoke thinking that she would be with her "mother", but then looked at the empty moss nest and remembered what had happened the day before. Leafkit got up and went to Sapphirestar's den. "Sapphirestar?" Leafkit called out

Darkshadow noticed that Torra had not come back yet, and was starting to get worried. So he went to the one cat who she thought would help, Thornwhisker. "Thornwhisker, I need your help, I can't find Torra anywhere!" Darkshadow said.

Deathkit on the other hand was oblivious to what was going on. Right now she was speaking to Torra's parents about the clan and it's ways.

"Deathkit was explaining to Torra about how she saw her parents and they were talking to her, and Torra will not talk to me about it. She instead ran off, and would not talk to me. I thought she was in a clump of fern leaves. I don't know what to do or how to help Torra!" Leafkit exclaimed slightly scared.

"But Torra's going to explode!" Exclaimed Leadkit furiated by the leaders seemingly not caring. "Trust me, I know what she is going through! If you are not going to help her then I will!" Leafkit screamed in the leaders face, then stormed off into the woods and back to the river she was found drowning in. but what can I do? Leafkit thought in despair. Then she calmed herself down by watching the waters current tormenting down the river.

Deathkit got up and stretched out her short limbs. She then went outside the nursery, and went to find the Sapphirestar that her dream cats talked about.

Leafkit started to retort something in reply, but thought better of it and ran along the river until she found a foxhole that smelled as if the foxes left long ago. She crawled in and curled up into a ball. Then she cried. She cried so much that she felt like she would dehydrate from crying so much. Leafkit was depressed, but she didn't want Torra to go that way either. Then she decided something, maybe the clan would be better off with just another kit that would not follow expectations, why would they need a kit that would not leave when asked or that disrespects their leader. Leafkit walked, the way she had done for four moons, she walked until she found a cliff. Then she sat down at the edge and thought. She fell into a sadness and anger filled kit. She wanted to be with people who cared. But the people who cared were long gone, there was one way that she could join them, but was it too risky, she would loose many years if she jumped. The kit fell asleep thinking.

Deathkit was sitting outside of Sapphirestars den when she heard yelling and she smelt and heard Sapphirestar enter the camp, hurying. She decided to wait in front of Sapphirestars den like she had been doing in hopes to talk to the leader about her "dreams".

"Sapphirestar, I have, dreams..." Deathkit started uncertain on what to say. "They have people in them, and they told me to tell you about it. They are Torra's parents." The blind kit said very quickly, and confused. "I don't know if its normal to see the people, but they just have pleasant talks with me." Deathkit explained, a scared frown on her face. Then she waited, baited breath for Sapphirestars reply.

Leafkit nestled deeper int the soft form around her, then opened her eyes scared that she was not in the same place she remembered. Then she saw Torra, and was suddenly calmed. "Torra?" She called weakly.

"Oh." Deathkit said. She then looked at Sapphirestar, expecting her to continue.

"Are you okay now?" Leafkit asked still worried for her "mother".

"I missed you..." Leafkit trailed off quietly.

"Aren't you going to exile me from the clan?" Deathkit asked, not understanding what was going on. "Why aren't you? I'm so confused!" Deathkit exclaimed.

Leafkit walked towards Torra, putting her tail reassuringly on her back. "Who?" She asked, with concern and love in her voice. "If you let this out I will tell you what happened to me." Then the kit shuddered, but continued to nuzzle into Torra.

Deathkit widened her unseeing eyes, scared that she had said something wrong. Then she realized tat Sapphirestar was joking. "Well, Torra's mom said that it was unusual to see Starclan's clan mates." Deathkit explained.

Leafkit widened her eyes in surprise by Torra's choice of words. "Do you know how to stop the dark forest? And, what's wrong with your mother. I would love to have mine, other than you of course." Leadkit said.

"So what should we do?" Deathkit asked, confused to Sapphirestars laid back posture

Deathkit was extremely confused as to Sappgirestar talking idly, like she was bored. She then muttered a thanks and left the leaders den. She then set out to find her mother.

Since Darkshadow could not find Thornwhisker anywhere, she set out to find Torra, to talk about their tender conversation that they had earlier. She padded almost silently towards Torra's den, but was surprised to hear Torra talking to Leafkit. Darkshadow walked towards the opening into her den, and rapped her paw three times on the ground to let Torra know that she was here.

"I meant that, well, my mother is dead, she died during my birth. And do I am confused as to why you ate upset over your mother worrying for you even in the grave. Plus, how do you stop the dark forest from hurting you, or doing whatever they do to you?" Leafkit said in a slightly sad tone, she preached that it is better to get it out, but she was still holding in all of her problems. She had never told anyone even that her mother was dead far worse what happened after...

"I'm sorry if I interrupted something, but I want to talk about how I feel, about... Us" darkshadow said, slightly nervous about how Torra was feeling.

"What did I do?" Leafkit asked in despair. "Why do I keep setting Tirra off!?!" Then Leafkit screamed and went to the river where she was found, pushing past Torra and Darkshadow. When she got to the river she cried and yelled, not knowing how else to let it all go.

Deathkit heard her Mother talking to Torra, so she decided to find her best friend Leafkit, but when she was not able to find Leafkit, she went out of the camp, using scents to lead her way
