Chloe grew up in a world where she had to raise her little sister Allison. Her mother was a druggie and her father was a drunk. Therefore she laughed when it was time to laugh but Is extremly responsible. Chloe gets extremely anxious and has really bad anxiety, She tend to gets stressed when things that are supposed to done, arent. Shes also extremly sassy and confident. She tends to be a little sarcastic. Actually make that a lot. She is smart, and always makes the most logical decision, even if that means others are getting hurt. Something always needs to have a meaning. She suffers from Anxiety, Insomnia, Paranoia, and OCD. She can be rude, stubborn, and ignorant, but is still generous and tries to make a joke almost everyday just to lighten things up. She isn't optimistic, yet isn't a pessimist either.
