CHARACTER HISTORY::

a look into the past...

Ozzy was born in early spring. His mother, Cleopatra, was a purebred Bengal cat. She was owned by twolegs for a period of time, and enjoyed a posh life as a show cat. When she met Rex, a rugged feral tom, she left her silver spoon lifestyle to be with him. Rex has some Maine Coon Ancestry, but the rest is unknown. After a short period of time, Cleo gave birth to three kits, two toms and a she-cat. From the start, Ozzy was the ringleader. His thoughtful, cautious approach to new situations earned him the respect of his littermates. He was virtually fearless, but didn't let impulsiveness get in the way of caution. After some time learning the ropes of a street cat, Ozzy decided to leave the safety of his family and venture out on his own. Though it hurt to leave, he knew that he was meant for something different than the life he'd been living. He found a group of rough-and-tumble rogues in the outskirts of the city and roamed with them for a decent amount of time. They made him into a formidable fighter, and he was often the brute force behind much of their shenanagains due to his strength and cunning. Eventually, Ozzy no longer felt that life as a rogue suited him, and he left once more. However, this time he wasn't alone. A young she-cat tagged along with him. Her name was Kite. She had grown up with the rogues, and had grown attached to Ozzy when he first joined. Their relationship was very similar to that of a mentor and apprentice. He took her on, teaching her what he knew, and how to survive as a wild cat. After wandering about for a while, they crossed into clan territory. They were brought to camp by a patrol, and after a brief trial period, were invited to join. Ozzy, proud of where he came from and of his family heritage, requested to keep his own name. Kite, on the other hand, took on the name Wolfbreeze. They have lived within Ruinclan for many moons now.

Ozzy is, as stated before, the type of cat who thinks before he acts. He is a quick thinker, able to weigh the consequences over in his head before making a decision. He's someone who enjoys spending brief periods of time by himself, getting lost in thought and enjoying some down time. He can often be found up high on a ledge in the cave or outside lounging on a tree branch during these periods. Ozzy can be a bit prideful. Not vain, but more or less just proud of his upbringing. His mother, having been raised as a show cat, was always very clean and tidy. Ozzy, though he wouldn't consider himself to be a perfectionist by any means, really enjoys keeping his nest and pelt clean. After living with the rogues, he became an excellent fighter. Though not impulsive, he will jump into a fight to save a clanmate in a heartbeat. He tends to break up fights, and is good at getting others' hackles to lower. He has a deep, somewhat gruff voice. He is patient, as seen when he "mentored" Wolfbreeze when she was still Kite. He hoped to mentor for real one day, and wants to have a family of his own. Though he may look a bit rough around the edges at first glance, he's a big softie once you get to know him. He isn't very good at showing many deep emotions, such as love.

CHARACTER HISTORY::

a look into the past...

Born into a group of rogues, all Kite had ever known since birth is that there are only two options in life: Do everything you can to survive, or perish because you didn't do well enough. Because of that, her early life wasn't a very pretty one. The rogue group fought over food, shelter, pretty much anything you could think of. They weren't heartless, but they were tough and knew how to survive. As a young kit, Kite didn't have any great role models to follow in the footsteps of. Her parents were always busy sucking up to the higher-ups, or taking care of their second litter of kits born soon after Kite and her siblings. Kite's older brothers, Parker and Vincent, were two of the group's best fighters, and were held in high regard. Kite and her littermates, Junebug and Chirp, were often overlooked. This caused them to become somewhat resentful of the group, and of their youngest siblings, Radish and Sunny. Kits was more of a loner, and didn't get into fights as frequently as Junebug and Chirp did. She held more hope than they did, that things could turn out right. And once Ozzy showed up, they did. She was quickly drawn to him as a mentor figure. He taught her everything he knew, and how to be cautious, but unafraid of the possibilities. When he decided to leave and go on his own again, she tagged along. Unsurprisingly, their depart didn't leave a big impact on the rogue group. Soon, Kite and Ozzy reached Ruinclan, and were accepted into their ranks after a few trials. Kite, since she was old enough, was given a warrior name: Wolfbreeze. She's currently thriving in the clan with her close companion, Ozzy.

Wolfbreeze, having grown up as a tough rogue, is often very rough-and-tumble. Though she learned patience from Ozzy, she can be pretty hot-headed and will get upset fairly easily if something sets her off, particularly other cats talking badly about her rogue background. She will stand up for others and for herself in a heartbeat to do what she thinks is right. She hates bullying, and is doggedly loyal to Ruinclan, as well as Ozzy. She loves to have fun, and enjoys going on adventures and exploring new things. She is very stubborn, and won't let others sway her opinion. She is so stubborn that, even if she's wrong, she'll never own up to it to save her pride. Despite the fact that most of her personality traits point her to being an extrovert, she's more of an introvert. She likes to keep to herself, and will often take time away from the clan to decompress. She has several secluded spots that she goes to, and will rarely let anyone else know about them.
