[font=georgia][color=hotpink]"Hello.”
It was those five letters forming into a simple word that would change the girl’s life forever, only Natasha didn’t know it yet.
Turning on her heel to face the owner of the voice, the delicate blonde found that it was a boy, an attractive boy at that. With high set cheek bones and dark, almond eyes, Natasha couldn’t help but be attracted to him. Upon further inspection, she noticed that he was much taller than her; a foot at least and that he held a certain ruggedness to him. She guessed he was at least a year older than her.
Nervously adjusting the bag slung over her shoulder, the teen would give the dark-haired boy a meek smile. Her mother had always told her never to talk to strangers and Natasha usually listened to her but there was something about this boy, something the girl felt herself being drawn to. “Hi.” The blonde greeted softly as she bent down to pick up her books.
As she was carefully placing them in her bag, her hand slipped and one hardcover tumbled to the ground. With a squeak the girl scrambled to pick it up but instead watched as another, larger hand grabbed it and held it out to Natasha.
“My name’s Jordan.” The boy grinned as he introduced himself. Even though he had only introduced, Natasha could feel her face turning red as she blushed. That’s a pretty name. The small girl thought as she nodded. “I’m Na-atash-ha.” Even if she found herself more nervous around this Jordan, Natasha always stuttered.
Placing the fallen book into her bag, she brought her head up to see Jordan still watching her with a crooked grin. Suddenly the fair-haired teenager felt unnerved by this male watching her so much. “C-can y-you sto-op t-that?” She mumbled quietly, sneaking another glance at Jordan who had moved back to lean against a bookshelf in the library. With a puzzled glance, he tilted his head to the side and opened his mouth to speak but closed it again, seemingly at a loss for words.
For some reason this annoyed the shy girl and with a tsk, she turned her back on the handsome male. Walking to the door, Natasha was ready to push on it to open it when Jordan called out. “Wait, I’m sorry.” Although he didn’t seem to be the kind of guy, his voice seemed to have a pleading note in it. As she had never heard this before and was somewhat intrigued by it, the blonde decided to turn to face the boy once again.
“S-sorr-ry f-for w-what?” She asked as her crystalline blue eyes searched his face for emotion. And strangely enough, she found some. Watching as the almond eyed boy peeled himself of the wall and moved closer to her, Natasha could feel the heat in her cheeks. “I’m sorry for making you nervous it’s just that you’re really pretty.” Jordan murmured with a smile.
And with that, the love story of Natasha and Jordan began.
