IC:Calypso did know how to heal Zach, but doing that, would cause her to kill herself by using all of her energy. But she did know how somebody who could heal him. She summoned her keyblade, and unlocked a portal to the pridelands. She slowly took Zach through the portal, leaving it open for Vincent, before she covered Zach's body with her own. "Hope!" She was close to Snow. "I need help!
