Bash smiled to himself as she got her backpack and keys from her car, and smiled more so when she indicated that they could start walking.
He slowed his normal pace to walk with her, mind blanking as to what to say. It wasn't long before she broke the silence, thank god.
He grinned at her question, correcting her guess. "23, actually. As of.." He checked his watch, and quickly doing the math in his head. "Two hours ago to be exact."
He noticed, that while walking next to her, how much shorter she was. It was adorable. He averted his eyes, and hoped that the never ending red staining his cheeks could pass as a sunburn or something.

However he cringed, hearing a loud howl in the distance, and this threw him off. He took a wrong step, snapping a twig under his paw. "Damn!" He muttered, seeing the deer bolt forward. "Screw the plan!"
