Hennessy nodded, satisfied. "It is good, for a warrior to know the uses of herbs," he acknowledged, nodding. "Welcome then, to Rushingclan."

"Really," Hennessy mused, padding up towards Foxstar. "I'm pretty sure Sunclan is now an Anti-clan too." There weren't very many clans that were created to pose against another, especially if they were both anti-clan. But the canine supposed that there could be such circumstances.
[font=Cambria]ooc|| You may post here if you have a semi-HP also, though this thread is prior to full high positions. Try not to track, actually post something. No one will be demoted unless they don't post in say, a few days. Thank you~
ic||Hennessy padded out of his room, his breath puffing out of his nostrils. Ever since that he had come to live here in Rushingclan, which had been quite a while ago, activity had been... diminishing. And there was something that they needed to do about this. He had a few things that he had been thinking about, for the past couple of days, perhaps even a week. There were so many possibilities to get the clan active and running again, they just needed to work at it, and be willing to. At the moment, he rarely even walked out of his own rooms, only to see his sisters, Foxstar, his mate Lux, or his adopted son, Liquidkit. But even then, he felt stressed, despite the fact that their presences were normally soothing. "High Position conference," the golden furred canine barked, his brown optics looking for anyone that might still be active.
[font=Cambria]ooc|| Aw... We'll miss you
ic|| Alright, it seemed as if everyone was here. With a slight nod, the canine then turned to Foxtrot, dipping his head towards everyone, the clearing his voice to begin. "Good, so everyone is seemingly present (except for lux at the moment, but we can start). So, as you all know likely, Rushingclan's activity has been sloping down for the past couple of moons, and I was wondering if anyone had some ideas on how we can get our activity back up, and maintain it." He was, to say the least, perplexed and nervous, anxious about if their clan would seemingly survive even for a few more moons. Yes, it might be hard, but they would go through with this.
[Font=Cambria]Hennessy nodded, briefly turning to Lux and then licking her between the ears. "I have a slight proposal, although Foxstar has a larger say in this, since I have not had the time to discuss this with her quite yet. Most of you probably do not know that my originally family comes from a wolf pack, or at least, my father did. Wolf packs themselves were always known to be fierce and strong. My father, before I left said that I was one of the heirs of the pack, and had the power to call on them whenever they were needed." The canine swallowed his breath for a moment as for a pause. "I know Rushingclan does not need this automatic assistance, as we have stood alone for so many moons, but I propose that we recruit some of this canines into Rushingclan, as a small pack."
"As for meeting other clans, I shall respect Boulderstar's wishes and visit some of our allies personally, though I might take perhaps one warrior. And Respectedheart, perhaps we shall change the names, but only if neccessary. We try not to promote too many at a time though, only if we see a certain member suited for the position."

lumn died?! Yes, you are still allowed
does anyone think that an activity contest would be good at the moment?
Um... Hm... Probably Hennessy's account for now. And I promise not to spend it on myself.
So... If you guys have any freshkill you want to donate, donate it to Hennessy's account.
And is there anyone that has a litter that they want me to put up?
Hennessy nodded towards everyone, his golden head sleek and smooth. Hopefully, today wouldn't be all that painful.

This is lovely <3
[font=Cambria]The large golden canine stood in the moonlight, his golden fur radiant as the sun, though it glowed with silver beams, like a mirror. In his deep brown eyes, a new fire glowed. He would find his father and mother, even if it would be the last thing he did. It was his amibition; never had he had the fire within him to pursue the rank of sleath-walker, deputy, or leader, but here he was, co-leading Rushingclan along with Foxstar.
The only thing that he could ever think about now, was how much he thought of his real parents, where they were, where they might've been as of that moment. There was never one day that he seemed to forget them, or their customs of adopting the second part of a warrior name as "crown". His father was Finalcrown, and he had expected his son to go with such a name that would make him proud.
He would always respect his father's wishes, but he was known as Hennessy. That was it. Nothing else. Perhaps he would be known as Lioncrown perhaps, but that was all.
Moving these thought away from him, the golden canine then shook his mane-like fur, then bent down to his sister's body, where he picked up her by the scruff, and gently set her down again. "Does anyone care to join me in the burial of Lumninousheart?" He asked.
[font=Cambria]Hennessy sniffed, padding towards the scene with his brown optics gleaming slightly from under his slightly furrowed brow. This feline seemed skittish, per say. Something was somewhat out of place, though the canine decided not to question it, since Zelinda had done the honors of asking the usual 'name and business' question. She was doing an awful (not the definition that means bad) good job here, and he was silently proud, that she had probably similar instinct to what her father, Lancelot, was his name, had.
With his muzzle, the Co-leader pressed his nose into his mate's flank, silently greeting her.
I can try to temp her for a bit, Colbalt.
[font=Cambria]"Thank you all for coming." He sounded so stiff, it wasn't all funny. He sounded as if he was wheezing, as if he was having some sort of slow-motion attack of some kind. "Now, we all knew Lumn as... A wonderful character. She was my adopted sister, but she will always remain extremely close to me. I am aware... That she accepted some of you into this clan. Your first impression of her may vary, but she was kind and caring, putting her clan first." He swallowed for a moment, thinking. "Now, if anyone has something they wish to say, please do so. If not, then let's begin the burial."
The golden canine growled in a low tone, and began to shake himself violently, to shake off this unidentified feline off of his fur.

ooc|| Of course Nighty <3 :)
ic|| "Thank you all for coming today," Hennessy barked, as he moved to dig a hole, moving over for anyone who wanted to join him.

[font=Cambria]"Rushingclan, gather!" Hennessy barked as he climbed onto the highrock, where he overlooked the felines and other animals below.
His dark brown optics sparkled lightly, knowingly, as he had talked to Foxstar about this. And though they didn't know who would be the next deputy quite yet, there would be quite a few candidates for the position most likely. They might promote another Sleeath-walker too, but it truly depended on how much the activity rose.

"Hello Sweetie, Karmakit, Phantomkit," Hennessy greeted warmly, as he sat down next to the two animals, a father-like gleam in his eyes. He had adopted Spiritcub as his own, not too long ago. She was quite sweet.
He remembered when he was adopted by his father, Coldnight. He wasn't the best of fathers, yet he was quite kind and a strong leader, something that he would always remember him for.
This would do. "So all of you have probably been wondering when the next deputy would be announced. Well, Foxstar and I have decided that we'll have a little activity contest among ourselves. So... Basically, participants will wrap presents that will be delivered to our allies for Christmas. The person who has the most presents will gain the deputy position."
ooc|| the rules and other information shall be explained on a different thread
"It's a lovely day," Hennessy commented, as he began to pad around outside. The golden canine had been recovering from a bad cold, one that had made him hacking and coughing for a week. But now he was better.
He was all alone at the very moment, yet he didn't mind.
