Blue thought quickly and spoke again before Evelynn could get one excited word in. "I think your first task - in order to prove yourself - is to find Ruby. None of the juniors are permitted to leave this bunker except for on Saturdays at this point, so it's safe to say he's still down here," she explained, sighing inwardly with relief as Evelynn agreed to find him. "Bring him back to us so we can explain it to him."
"I'll be back as soon as I can!" Evelynn breathed, immediately spinning on her heel and running for the door.

As soon as Evelynn closed the door behind her, she began to walk. "I can see why they'd want to test me.. and holy Magikarp is this a test." Realization hit her as she realized she was in a narrow hallway... with many doors and several intersections. "What on earth have I gotten myself into?"

"First off is Professor Adonai with introductions." The Headmistress backed away and let this new professor take the stage.
"Thank you Estella," Adonai spoke into the microphone, glancing off at the Headmistress walking away. "Students, with this new year comes a new set of school rules. While yes, there is no uniform, you still need to remain modest in your choice of clothing. That goes for both boys and girls. Secondly, curfew. This year it will be at nine o'clock in the evening, and eleven o'clock in the evening on Fridays and Saturdays. It is recommended that you also head to bed at that time. Anyone roaming the campus past then is liable to be in trouble with the staff. If you have a sleep-walking problem, I suggest you speak to Professor Eowyn before leaving the Auditorium."

Hailie noticed that Cypher was having a bit of trouble with Ace as she left, Haretsu trailing behind her. She felt a twinge and pity and sighed. "Wait here, buddy," she murmured and walked over to the trainer.
"Erm," she began quietly and rather shyly. "I think Luxray are prideful Pokemon. If you want it to take the berries, you might want to put them on the ground and leave." And with that, she walked back to the path where her Typhlosion was waiting. Hailie didn't want to have to converse anymore than she just had.

"Another thing to address," Professor Adonai continued. "Is allowing Pokemon to be out of their Poke Balls. All unevolved Pokemon are allowed in the hallways and classroom as long as they're not bigger than one foot. This rule is void in the case of Professor Darius's Battle Field in which you will practice strategies and train. You must also have written permission from me, Headmistress Estella, or Professor Darius to use the Battle Field for an unscheduled battling during your free time.
"Also, this year we are incorporating the idea of "Teams". This means every student will be divided into one of two teams; this idea was made to have students strive to out-do the other team. The names of each team will now be announced by Professor Kallisto."
Professor Adonai bowed politely before leaving the stage in the same fashion as the Headmistress before him.

Haretsu flicked his ears toward Curtis and then tugged roughly on Hailie's hoodie.
"Yeowch, Haretsu! Sheesh, what are you trying to do choke me?" Hailie yelped, turning quickly towards him. The Pokemon only pointed to his ears and then at Curtis and his Pokemon. Hailie lowered her voice immediately. "Yes I heard him. What, do you want to battle?"
In a red flash of light, Marble appeared next to Haretsu, dwarfing him, and practically roaring his consent. Hailie glanced around nervously, hoping no one was paying much attention to her or her silly Pokemon.

Despite Professor Adonai saying you have yet to be placed, it turns out you already have been! You'll receive your team and dorm room at the same time.
And that's the end of our orientation! You all may now leave for the cafeteria for your team, dorm, and schedule!" With that, she left the stage and the lights dissipated.
Cyan thought over the rules and the changes that had been explained. She felt it was a lot to take in and she remained rooted to her seat as others began to leave the large auditorium.

Personality: Tesnea is relatively shy for a troll, but she's not timid. She's quiet too, until you get her talking about the things she likes, especially her inventions. She tinkers around a lot and usually jots down her ideas straight away, since her memory isn't all that great and she'd forget them in a moment or two. Tesnea can spend sleepless and hungry hours working on something new, for she can't not leave a prototype or invention unfinished. She enjoys making functional models of racecars out of clay that she control via remote, or even just collecting toy, plastic ones. Tesnea gets extremely defensive when someone disses a friend or one of her inventions, though. A little something she doesn't tell many others about is that she cleans under stress, nerves, pressure, or a combination of anything previously mentioned. Hailie turned to Marble and patted his strong, armored shoulder. "Alright big guy, you're up. I guess we can take this side of this field." She gestured to the grass behind her. The Nidoking roared again and took his place on the battlefield. Haretsu on the other hand, popped right back into his Poke Ball without Hailie having to interfere.
Hailie made her way behind the big purple Pokemon and patiently waited for Curtis to get to the other end.
