When can we begin?
Waspcloud padded into the camp,dropping a rabbit on the fresh kill pile. She sat down, grooming her fluffy chestfur.
Waspcloud stood up," I'm going to do a patrol on the east side of the territory, anybody want to come?" she yawned, showing sharp white teeth.
Waspcloud bowed her head in greeting at her leader, then turned to wavefur,"Are you ready now or do you want to eat first?" She meowed.
Waspcloud nodded, then bounded out of camp, ready to patrol.'I hope he keeps up!' She thought.
Waspcloud paused by a bush that was on the edge of the territory, marking the borders. She scented the air, her eyes narrowing."I smell fox, we'll have to alert Swiftstar"she meowed.
"Ha! Two warriors trying to find a fox den? We need more warriors for the search to be safe, unless you want both of us to he a pile of shredded cat meat" the deputy snorted, padding towards their camp.she rolled her eyes.
Waspcloud ran through the forest, trying to find swiftstar.she spotted him, "Swiftstar! we caught scent of fox by the eastern border sir" she panted, running up to him.
"I was going to grab a couple cats for a patrol, to be safe" waspcloud meowed to her leader.
Waspcloud hesitated, "uh, ok. I guess we'll be fine without backup" she ran towards the border.
"Yes, you two can come" Waspcloud meowed. She led them to the border, " we caught the scent here, so the den is somewhere over here"she meowed, looking to her leader for help.
Waspcloud glared at the creature," get out of our territory!" She spat, even though she knew it couldn't understand.it growled and pawed the ground, and tree young foxes came out of a den nearby. Waspcloud calmly glared,"stupid foxes!" She spat.
Waspcloud was attacked by one of the fox cubs, she clawed its muzzle, sending blood drops everywhere.it screeched with rage, grabbing her by a back leg and shaking her. She screamed as it threw her to the ground. She tried to get up, but her leg couldn't support her weight. She closed her eyes, and waited for it all to end.
Waspcloud's vision was getting dark and blurry, the last thing she saw before she passed out was her clanmates fighting the foxes," thank you" she whispered.
