The raindow-pelted snowferra stopped, hearing a scuffling sound nearby. She dived behind a gravestone and waited until it was safe.

Deciding to risk a peep, Dash peered around the stone, then instantly ducked back behind it. She had seen a terrifying little cat with blank white eyes and thought it was a ghost!

Vesper, hearing an odd noise, looked about amd saw what she assumed was an owl. Brushing the thought away like it was nothing she sighed. "I don't have time for this..!" amd flew off back to Sweet Apple Acres.

Lux, despite his relaxed nature, took a few steps back when diamonds began shooting up from nowhere. "That looks like some pretty powerful magic you have there..." he observed, not taking his eyes off the filly, "It would be a shame to waste it on somepony not worthy of its power, don't you think?" he said as calmly as possible in an attempt to dissuade the filly from harming the stallion.

It hadn't occurred to him that he might be scaring her...Lemon trailed around, lazy, bored, and desperately wanting someone to talk to. She curled her thick tail around her feet, and stared up at the moon.

"Wait!" Dash called after him, but he was already gone. She began to whimper when another kit bounced over to her waffling about blueberries. She bearly made out the words "What's your name?" and muttered "I- I'm Dash..."

The snowferra shivered and took a few nervous steps before ducking behind another stone. Maybe if she stayed out of sight she could sneak out? But as she was about to creep away, she spotted a terrifying looking dog stalking amongst the graves and withdrew into her hiding place.

After a moment of shivering in her leafy concealment, the snowferra dared another look at the canines and swiftly hid again, regreting her decision.

Seeing an opening in the dogs' barrier, Dash sneeked out and attempted to get away, but one of the dogs saw her and began barking wildly, which alerted the rest of the pack. She bolted in the opposite direction, the canines following close behind.
