Mizuka had arrived in time to hear Ragestorm. The trainee had not known Breakdance incredibly well, but he was still shocked that someone had managed to kidnap the advisor. He thought of offering some rumbled words of comfort to those who were angry or worried, but he felt it wasn't the right time. "Give me a place to look and I'll start. But I would suggest we go in at least groups of two. If someone happens to encounter whoever did this...Being alone would not be beneficial," he woofed.

The trainee's paws shuffled on the ground, his tail wagging nervously. He had been rehearsing this in his mind for several days now, and hoped it went exactly as planned. He knew his clanmates would be gathering to hear his little announcement of sorts. Taking a deep breath, Mizzy woofed, "I have something to ask." He knew this would gather some of his clanmates rather quickly. So he continued. "Daisypaw?"

It was now or never. As the she-cat offered him a smile, Mizuka returned the gesture. "Would you like to go to prom with me?" he woofed, focusing his warm brown gaze on the feline. He hoped for a yes, but the dog tried to keep from being too optimistic and being disappointed if he was turned down. But the German shepherd kept a smile on his face, awaiting Daisypaw's response.

Mizuka's grin widened, his brown eyes brightening. "Great!" he woofed, his tail wagging back and forth behind him. The trainee leaned forward, touching his nose briefly to Daisypaw's, and then pulled back. Too late, he wondered if the she-cat would be offended by the move. It would be just his luck to snag a date with a beautiful she-cat, only to frighten her off seconds later. His brown optics scanned her face for a reaction.

If he were a cat, Mizuka would've purred as Daisypaw moved closer. "I was afraid I was making you uncomfortable," he murmured, touching his nose briefly to her cheek. "The last thing I want to do is make you feel awkward or frighten you off," he added, murmuring it into the female's ear, his brown eyes showing how ecstatic he was.

Mizuka smiled. "Not at all, Daisy. You make me feel happy," he murmured, looking into the feline's golden eyes. He smiled at Daisypaw, practically glowing with a good aura. "Going to the prom with you is going to be the best night of my life. I'm a lucky pup, aren't I?"

Mizuka grinned. "If you'd like. You can call me whatever you want, though," he replied. "I really don't mind. As long as its you calling me, I'll be there." The pup was in a very romantic mood, laying the flattery on thickly. But he was sincere about all of it. He really cared about Daisypaw.

Mizuka smiled. "Okay, Daisypoo," he woofed, rubbing his cheek quickly against hers. As she pointed out the challenge of telling Breakdance, Mizzy stopped to think. "I think your mother knows me. Somewhat, at least. You can introduce me as your date to Prom, I'll call her Ma'am, we'll show her how great of a kid I am, and hopefully she won't kill me too badly." He chuckled, trying to imagine how Breakdance would react.

Mizuka grinned, allowing Daisypaw to twine her tail around his. "I would say I could outrun her, but I couldn't. So I won't. But don't worry. As long as I don't give her any reason to kill me, we should all be fine." The dog was assuring himself as much as Daisy. Breakdance certainly frightened him.

Mizuka sauntered on into the party. His brown optics scanned the room, his tail wagging back and forth to the music. He hadn't been to a good party in ages. Actually, he had never really been to a good party. But the dog could dance. Oh, could he dance. He had been practicing his moves to 'Wow' his Prom date, and now was his chance to show some of them off. "Nice party you got here, Husher," he woofed as he began to perform some steppy moves that his roleplayer couldn't describe because dancing isn't her thing.

Mizuka had been looking for his sister as well. When he heard their mother calling frantically for Samaya, he knew something was wrong. Brown eyes narrowed, he trotted along until he found the cat that had adopted him in with Vita. "Is everything alright?" he woofed, concern flashing in his eyes. Samaya wouldn't just ignore all of us like that... the trainee thought, kneading the ground with large, heavy paws. Something isn't right here.

"I agree. It's not like her at all," the dog tried to keep his voice steady as he spoke, to hide his rising panic. It was his eyes that gave him away now, his fear flashing through them like a wild fire. I'm sure she just went on a walk...Or something like that, he assured himself. The trainee couldn't bring himself to suggest she was by the river.

Last time he had been near it, he was laying on the bank, a mound of sodden fur that had been pulled from the rubble the floods had caused. He knew Bella would remember the possibility of drowning if he mentioned the river. She had been one of the first ones there to see his body. "Maybe she went on an impromptu hunting trip?" he suggested hopefully.

Mizuka looked at Dodger, nodding at his idea. "I could run the circles, too, in case you can't see into a thick patch of undergrowth. Or if there's a scent to be found. And that way, if either of us gets into trouble or needs help, the other one will be just a yell away," he suggested.

Mizuka nodded, his brown eyes unusually serious. "Don't worry, Mom," he murmured. "We'll find her. And if anyone's taken her... I swear to whatever God they chose to believe in, they will regret it for the short remainder of their lives." Casting a glance at Dodger, the shepherd waited for the eagle to take off so he could follow, claws itching to dig into something, or someone.

As the bird of prey took off, Mizuka followed, ears flat against his head for aerodynamics; or was it in anger? It was hard to tell, but he made sure to stay below Dodger, eyes scanning for clues, constantly taking in the scents.

Mizuka grinned at Dodger's comment, and had to resist the urge to saunter up to his clanmate and begin dancing. How he loved to rope others into his fun. He was like a multi-tiered cake. Serious when needed, sensitive but protective, humorous and goofing off most of the time, but a good listener and great shoulder to cry on. It just so happened he was in a fun and wild mood tonight. What better attitude for Husher's last true hours of freedom?

Mizuka half-stumbled, half-trotted into the arena. His fur was ruffled and sticking up all over the place. If it weren't for the tired, just-awakened look in his eyes and the lack of wounds, no one would have doubted that he had been attacked. He had made it here safely, though. Even if he had sprint-stumbled the entire way through the castle, he had made it before any major fighting happened. Husher's loud voice had woken the trainee from a peaceful slumber in his overly-large room, and he decided the training was necessary.

Mizuka stopped to think for a moment. "I don't know when it is, but I am definitely excited about it. Especially with you as my date." The trainee gave Daisypaw a sly smile and a quick wink. He was playing up his ladies' man card as much as he could.

Mizuka stood up, glancing around. "Pardon me, Genevieve, but are there going to be any restrictions on patrolling near the river? It isn't a safe place to go alone, even if you are a proficient swimmer. Especially with the flooding. Personally, I don't want to go anywhere near the river without knowing I'll be safe." The trainee wanted to make sure his clanmates were safe. He had a bad history with the river that bordered ScarClan.
