✦ ✧ ✦ Upon spotting the two, Aphrodite figured she could use a chat. As she makes her way over, she's met by a delightful surprise. As far as she could see, flowers were strewn out, and particularly her eyes caught onto the pink ones. "Oh! Are you making flower crowns? These flowers look absolutely gorgeous!" She exclaims as she brushes past Vale. She glances at Vale, a faint smile upon her maw ."You can try to smell them! Maybe it'll help you get a better idea if you put one up to your nose." She states as a simple suggestion. She walks to the pink flowers, examining their ginger petals. "Do you mind if I try?" She says, glancing up to Bastet. She didn't want to take Bast's flowers without asking, of course.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite wasn't sure if she'd ever met Everett. The Crusader makes her way over to join them, finding that kindness would be the best way to approach them. She sits down nearby, offering them a friendly smile that brightens the soft features of her face. "Hello there," She says gingerly as she flutters her wings. "I'm Aphrodite, but Aphy is fine. What's your name?" She questions softly, her voice laced with tenderness as she tilts her head.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite's head turns to the voice that comes after. She looks to Ver brightly, a smile on her face. She wondered if Sangria blabbered yet to her mother about the flirting ensuing between the two. "Hi miss Ver," She greets along with a gentle wave of her tail. "Ah . . they've been okay. My wing healed up just fine, so that's good!" She purrs. Although truthfully, she wasn't worried. She was young enough that she knew her bones would mend well. "How are you?"
✦ ✧ ✦ Where there were flowers, there was Aphrodite. She had developed a love for the blooms at a very young age. Perhaps it was just foreshadowing the medic that she wanted to become. She particularly loved pink flowers, even though they were a bit hard to come by. She approaches the two when she spots them, noticing that Bastet was picking flowers. Ah, maybe she had someone to share a hobby with now! "Do you like flowers too?" She inquires joyfully, her face brightening up with her words. "I love flower picking, do you have any pink flowers? Oh, maybe we could make flower crowns!" The girl says with a bit of a giggle in her soft voice.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite had missed her sister. It wasn't like any of her littermates were around, leaving Persephone to get all of Aphrodite's attention. As she approaches the two, a genuine smile comes across her maw as her gaze fixates on Percy. "Percy! How've you been?" She purrs, fluttering her wings against the small frame of her body.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite attended the meeting out of curiosity. She enjoyed the idea of this, allowing the alliances to fall short so medics could trade valuable knowledge. After all, medics tended to be the less headstrong and less violent parts of the Clans. Aphrodite made her way to the group to join them, sitting herself down comfortably and ruffling her feathers. She recognizes Ren from the Ruins, which normally would have sent a chill down her spine, but she kept her composure and contentness as she watches the meeting settle. "Hello all,' She says politely as she settles down beside Spiritline, glancing at her friend with a joyful smile.
✦ ✧ ✦ She nods her head slightly in understanding as she listens. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you." She chirps kindly, giving off an aura of warmth. She peers over into the basket, a quick glance of what is in the basket is all she needs. "Ah! Thank you, we appreciate it a lot. I'm sure there'll be no problem and we'll have plenty to join your dinner. In fact, I might even attend myself." She purrs delightfully, ruffling her wings. Dinner sounded nice, she just wanted someone to travel with.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite was familiar with the scent that this one brought. She was no longer afraid of strangers at the border since she had tried her best to mature and learn from her mistakes. She approaches the Thunderlanner with a kind smile brushing her soft features, her wings sticking tightly to her body. "Welcome to Hyperia," She says with a slight dip of her head, the flower and bow tucked behind her ears giving a little bounce. "I'm Aphrodite. How may I help you?"
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite approaches the scene shorty after she hears Neon's name, a smile dawning her lips. She stops beside Ana, feeling comfortable with the large group of Hyperians around her. Her gaze rests on Neonlights, curling her tail. "Welcome. I'm Aphrodite, but Aphy is fine." She murmurs softly, not bothering to ask for his business since Ana had done so already. She just figured it would be kind t introduce herself.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite didn't peg herself as religious, and she didn't figure that Ana was either. It wasn't until now, the discover of their alter, that the thought came into her mind. She had never practiced religion, though having nothing to believe in was worrying to her. Perhaps she would learn a thing or two from Ana. She approaches after Ana asks about Naleren, a name she's unfamiliar with. "I'll listen in, too, if you don't mind." Says the apprentice softly, a gentle smile arising on her face as she greets Spirit and her mentor.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphy's gaze followed Sangria as she moved, as if her movements were captivating. As Sangria places the sugar down, Aphrodite nods her head and spoons one or two spoonfuls into her cup, stirring it gently. She takes a few laps of the tea, letting out a pleased 'mm' of surprise as she looks to Sangria. "It's lovely!" She purrs joyfully, her tail curling with amusement.
She listens to Sangria's comments about the Ruins, nodding her head along after each pause. A Ruiner at heart . . Aphrodite wasn't sure if she believed that. Aphrodite thought perhaps Sangria was just born in the wrong place. She didn't belong with those feral beings that were nothing but bloodthirsty. She lets out a chuckle, nodding her head, "Of course. You'd never find my face on the battlefield. I can't fight for myself and I don't plan on doing so - I'll just stick to our camp." She says with a nod, though the fear of the Ruins invading as far as the camp and somehow making it past the boats still brought fear to her. There were dragons in the Ruins, what would stop them from flying over the camp and burning it to the ground? "I'm sure you're a wonderful fighter, though," She says gently with a grin as she glances towards Sangria. She'd never seen Sangria fight, but she was quick and foxy enough to save Aphrodite's life. It was all the evidence that Aphrodite needed.
✦ ✧ ✦ It was normal for Aphrodite to be out and about since she spent so much time collecting herbs and flowers. She normally met joiners at the border, but today, she was meeting a gift. She could smell Sangria on it, whatever had been left behind and her heart immediately skipped a beat. She looks at the book, tied beautifully with ribbon as she carefully uses a claw to pluck the ribbon open. She flips the cover open to read what was written inside, and in that moment, she nearly forgets how to breathe. Princess in the sky? Was that truly how Sangria saw her? A smile dawns itself upon her cheeks that were red and hot. She clutches the book close to her chest, closing her eyes for a moment as she breathed deeply. Her heart was beating so fast, she could hear it ringing in her ears. Oh, Sangria.. you are too sweet. She thinks, giggling softly to herself.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite came shortly after Cos, but she didn't quite know how to answer the question. She pursed her lips in thought, glancing at her paws. "Maybe we need a competition, an incentive." She questions with a slight shrug of her shoulders. It was just her opinion.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite makes her way over to join the two, sitting close beside her friend Cos. She offers the two a kind smile, brushing her tail along the ground. "I believe we met at the border," She says kindly to Bastet, blinking her icy eyes. "but, again, I'm Aphrodite. Aphy is fine too, if you prefer. Aphrodite can be a mouthful sometimes. So, how did you end up here?" She asks out of curiosity with a slight tilt of her head.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite was neither Candela nor Ana, though upon hearing what was happening, Aphrodite figured she would join the two in their ventures. She was excited to see Vale again, but worried about what condition she would be in. She grabbed some herbs along with whatever she thought they might need as a just in case, but she'd follow the group out in case they would need her help. She comes to a stop near Vale's broken body, her heart sinking in her chest. "Here, Vale," She says, pulling poppy seeds from her small pink satchel and offering them to Vale to ease some of her pain. She digs around a little more to bring out a moss ball soaked with water, offering a source of water for Vale to drink from.
✦ ✧ ✦ Normally, Aphrodite could be found hanging around the medic's den. However upon stepping out, she watched her father carry a basket into his den carefully. She could see that it wasn't any normal egg, not like a bird egg or something just by the weight and size of it. What's he doing? The girl creeped over carefully as to not startle her father, wondering if he was going to eat it or something. "Papa, what's that?" She asks as she peers over, her icy eyes glancing over the large egg in the basket. What exactly did he plan on doing with that egg?
✦ ✧ ✦ This one seemed kind enough, Aphrodite thought. She felt like the world lacked kind faces, so she was happy to see one. The hybrid makes her way over to stand beside her father, smiling brightly at the joiner. "Hello there," She pipes up, radiating an aura of pure goodness. "I'm Aphrodite, welcome to the Hyperian Isles." She greets kindly, dipping her head.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite spins around to face Vale. She looks at her with a cheerily smile, shrugging her shoulders. "I think I got it all handled! Come, enjoy yourself!" She says, pointing towards the buffet. It seemed that Geralt had already gotten to it. She pops up to the drink section, pouring herself some plain apple cider. At his comment, she giggles, "I hope it all tastes good." She responds brightly, lifting the glass to her lips. She wouldn't want her guests to be eating nasty food, of course.
✦ ✧ ✦ Aphrodite continued to smile, keeping her face towards the ground for the most part as she leaned on Sangria. She listens carefully to her words, feeling the vibrations through her. She feels comforted by the soft purr rumbling through Sangria, her tail curling. "Oh, ah, yes! Sugar would be nice." She purrs as she leans up, glancing over at Sangria. She hadn't even thought about it. "I don't know . . if I've ever had tea." She says softly under her breath. It wasn't like she was drinking that in Hyperia, for the most part, she just drank regular clear water. She didn't even know how to make tea, so seeing Sangria's set up was kind of surprising. She lets out a bit of a scoff. "You know, you're far too kind to be part of that Ruins gang. Some of the creatures there are just. . feral." She murmurs under her breath. Ver and Sangria had been the only ones to show the poor medic any sliver of kindness. It was creatures like Overlord and Fallengrace that Aphrodite feared. "I fear that Hyperia and the Ruins will never end their fight. I would never want to fight against you." She says quietly, letting out a sigh.
