Many centuries back there lived a simple white she-cat with the name of Neve and she lived deep in the mountains. It wasn't just her, but some other cats that had once lived in the village with her. This small village with very few two-legs lay at the top of the tallest mountain, which wasn't very tall compared to others. This is where this pretty she-cat had lived until one day all the two-legs left. The animal skin huts and the fire pit vanished one morning making the she-cat question her sanity. Deciding it would be best, Neve banned together with the other cats to form a small group. They set out to find a place to call home all the while taking care of one another. However, this is not the pretty little she-cat's story. It's the story of a cat and it's clan many generations after Neve had roamed the earth. This is SilentClan's story.

We don't believe in Starclan because we don't believe that our ancestors live among the stars. We believe that there is another world after ours where prey is abundant and life is easy. However, we also believe that our ancestors walk the earth as we do if they want or need to speak to us. Some spirits don't even go into the next world, but stay near the mountains such as Neve who is believed to live near the lake. Our ancestors protect us and if we need them, they come to listen to our needs. The medicine cat goes to speak with them every moon to see if we are to do anything for them.

Written Description: Ashstar is a larger dark grey tabby tom. His tabby marks are barely visible on his back and can be seen more on his face and underbelly. His fur is quite thick and long which keeps him warm in the winter, but sometimes makes him overheat in the summer. He has large green orbs and a slightly flattened maw.
Persona: Ashstar is a very considerate tom with a big heart for every cat, even ones who barely have a heart. He's a great listener if you need someone to listen to you and also gives really wise advice. He's very calm and laid back, and you only see him angry when something really really ticks him off. Ashstar absolutely adores his sister and would do anything for her, even risk his life. They are very close and she's the only family he has left.
History: Ashstar was born to Rainstorm and Nightfall along with his sister, Featherwhisker. They grew up as regular clan cats and earned their respect among the clan. Ashstar was a very skilled warrior and was wise for his young age. He started to show signs of a true leader even when he was an apprentice. His father made sure he trained hard with his mentor all the time. Eventually when Nightfall passed away from a sickness, Ashstar was a potential deputy. When the deputy retired to an elder a few moons later, Ashstar was announced the new deputy. Not even a month into being deputy, the clan was attacked by a mountain lion and the leader was killed from a slit to the throat. Ashstar almost too shocked from this, forcibly began his duties as the new leader. Although he was still quite young, Ashstar has proven his leadership to the ancestors and continues to.

Written Description: A light grey tabby she-cat with a grey tail. Her fur is thick just like her brother's, but not as long. She's slightly smaller than an average sized she-cat, however this can be an advantage when hunting or other things. She has big lime green eyes that are her most attractive trait.
Persona: Featherwhisker is a very friendly she-cat, maybe too friendly for her own good. She loves meeting new people and getting to know them. She loves the company of others and would hate to spend time alone. She's a very social cat you might say. She also loves hunting and when she's hunting, she doesn't like any distractions. Also, when she sets her mind to something, she will finish it. She's not the most cuddly or lovey dovey she-cat because she'd rather be training an apprentice or hunting for her clan. This doesn't mean she wouldn't love a family. She loves kits and apprentices and probably spends more time with them than warriors. Her best quality is her humor and her happy spirit is loved by many.
