ooc: Are going to go ahead and skip, if so I can right up something my next post.
Tawnystar woke up feeling refreshed. Her ears flicking, she gave a small yawn and then stood, stretching.
-
Tawnystar smiled and padded over to Dustwind. "Good morning," she purred. Her belly was swollen with kits. She took a seat next to her mate and laid down, glad to be out in the warm sun.
Applepaw padded out of the medicine cat den, her ears flicking. She looked around the camp, everyone was coming out.
Jetwind woke up and prodded Luckyfall in the side with a paw. "You up," he asked. His eyes sparkling.
Russetfeather was standing watch at the camp entrance, wondering if Spiritbeam was up yet.
-
Hey everyone :)
-
Russetfeather's ears pricked when he picked up Spiritbeam's scent. A moment later the she-cat brushed against him, asking if he wanted to go hunting. "Yeah." He stood up and shook out his pelt, then followed after her.
Jetwind gave a nervous purr. "Sorry," he mewed when he realized she'd been asleep. "I just wanted to see if you wanted to eat together. Go back to sleep." He stood up and headed out.
Applepaw smiled when he sister came over. "You bet! Soon you'll be a warrior as well," she mewed.
-
ooc: If ya want to.
ic: Applepaw gave a small smile. "Oh Wishpaw, Medicine cats don't get their names for a long time. You don't want to be an apprentice forever," she purred.
Jetwind flicked his ears as Luckyfall tripped. "You should have stayed asleep." He ran his tail over her back and then picked up a plump mouse. "Mouse good for breakfast, or do you want something else."
Russetfeather nodded when Spiritbeam said no rivers. He understood why she was against it. "Okay," he mewed, keeping pace with her.
Tawnystar looked at Dustwind. "I'm so happy it's newleaf," she mewed. "The kits will be here soon and then the Clan will have new warriors."
-
Tawnystar pressed her cheek to Dustwind's. "You of course," she purred. "And they'll brave just like you as well."
Jetwind smirked when Luckyfall said she was good with a mouse. "Okay." He pushed it towards her. "You first."
Applepaw smiled to her sister. "I'm going to go say hello to Honeyshade, care to join me?" She then bounded over to the deputy. "Hi," she mewed.
Russetfeather scented the air for prey. "The forest is full of scents," he mewed quietly.
-
ooc: I'm all for it Sparky. :)
ic: Tawnystar shrugged. "But I want them to look like their dad," she purred.
Jetwind's ears flattened when Luckyfall clearly stated that the mouse wasn't good. He shuffled his paws nervously and looked to the fresh-kill pile. "You want a pigeon instead, or maybe a shrew?"
Russetfeather tilted his head when Spiritbeam spoke of squirrel. He'd smelt it too. He watched her creep up on the unsuspecting creature, giving a soft almost silent purr when she made the kill. "Nice catch," he mewed admiringly.
Applepaw smiled. "You're acting awkward Honeyshade. Are you nervous about being deputy," asked the medicine cat apprentice.
-
That's because we love ShadeClan. Me especially. I could not see myself parting from it.
-
This pink theme is rather odd, for lack of a better term.
-
ooc: Sorry for the late reply ^_^'
ic: Applepaw nodded. "Mmhm, I'll help too," she purred.
Tawnystar gave a small yawn then stood up. "I would really love to go out into the forest and hunt," she mewed longingly. "The forest beneath my paws, the scent of prey in the air." She gave a small smile and looked to her mate. "You are so lucky."
Jetwind shook his head. "No it's my fault for waking you up," he mewed as he grabbed a pigeon from the pile and pushed it towards Luckyfall.
-
I've only seen the green one from warriors and this pink one. There are others?
-
Agreed.
-
Lol. Mine has been going fairly well. Easy going really. How about you?
-
ooc: Sorry for my absence
ic: Tawnystar smiled. "I suppose I could," she purred. "I'm just worried about hunting with kits." She then tilted her head when she saw his ear twitch. "What's wrong?"
Jetwind's tail tip twitched when Luckywind said she was going to Applepaw. "Okay," he mewed with a shrug and started back into the mouse. He hoped everything was okay.
Applepaw was sitting at the entrance of the den with a smile on her face. She'd left Wishpaw and the deputy to converse on their own. Now she was thinking about herbs she might need to gather. When she spotted Luckywind she stood up. "Hi there."
Russetfeather followed Spiritbeam deeper into the forest. His tail swishing lightly behind him.
-
Applepaw smiled at Luckywind. Catching up sounded nice to her. Once Luckywind was seated Applepaw flicked her tail. "What's on your mind?"
Tawnystar blinked and pressed her head to Dustwind's cheek. "Like what?"
ooc: What is this evil force?
-
ooc: Sorry again, I've been working. And I like the idea Sparks, go for it.
ic: Applepaw smiled. "Glad you came to talk with me, I've been a bit bored. Not much to do," she mewed with a flick of her ears. "How's it like being a warrior," she asked.
Russetfeather blinked. "Oh...no, I was just letting you hunt," he mewed. He looked up at a tree where a blue jay was cleaning it's feathers. "Be right back," he mewed as started up the tree. Once he was on the opposite branch he jumped onto it, balancing himself and then leaped towards the blue jay, catching it in his jaws. "Good enough," he asked Spiritbeam as he made his way back down, laying the bird at her paws.
Tawnystar shrugged. "Come on, let's go see what the rest of the Clan is up to."
-
"Absolutely," Applepaw mewed with a flick of her tail. "Not being busy means the Clan is in good condition. The only time I wish to be busy is when there are precious kits to deliver."
Tawnystar made her way over to Jetwind. "Hi," she mewed.
Jetwind lifted his head. "Hi Tawnystar." He looked to Dustwind. "Hello."
Russetfeather couldn't help it. The grey tom was used to being on edge ever second of his life. "Sorry," he apologized.

(Exam week is coming up so I'm in the process of working, going to class, and studying but I am here. Sorry to see you leave Honeyshade. And welcome back Brooky. For getting new role players I would suggest advertising somewhere on the board where it is okay and a banner to promote the Clan.)
