Athena nipped at the flies on her shoulder. "How are you, good sir?" She asked.

Athena bobbed her head, flicking her ears. "I am fine, thank you. Have you spotted anything lately?"

Elaine smiled. "We'll be going down the longer trail, c'mon." She said, kicking Marina into a trot. She posted to the grey mare's smooth trot, rising and falling. She stopped at a gate, turning her mare to the side, waiting on the others.
Marina bobbed her head, flicking her ears and tail.

Skylar walked out of the dorm building, running her hands through her hair. She yawned, entering the stable. She walked over to Athena's stall, opening the door and patting the mare on the neck. "We're gonna ride outside today, no matter the heat. We have to get used to riding In this heat girl if we're going to do XC." She said, grooming the mare.
Athena sighed, munching on some hay. She stomped her foot, too lazy to turn her head and nip the flies at her shoulder.

Elaine smiled, opening the gate. She walked the mare through the gate to the wooded trail. She stopped the mare, patting her neck, waiting on Ray.
Marina sighed, licking at the piece of metal in her mouth.

Elaine nodded. I thin kit's just us. You can close the gate. " She said, squeezing her legs against Marina. The mare trotted. Elaine posted with the mares steps, looking back at Ray.
Marian trotted, wheezing a bit. This usually happened after she hadn't been ridden for hours, so she was oaky.

Skylar finished grooming the mare, putting her things back in the box. She walked back to the tack room, fetching her tack. She walked back to the mares stall, tacking her. She tightened the girth, patting the mares flank. She fetched her helmet and vest, putting the vest on. She lead the mare out to the larger outdoor arena, putting her helmet on. She put her foot in the stirrup, swinging herself onto the horses back.
Athena perked her ears as Skylar mounted her, licking at the the piece of metal in her mouth.
