Kyo stepped into the classroom, fully aware that he was late. The redhead simply walked to his desk, his hand curled around the one backpack strap on his shoulder. He yanked the wooden chair back and sat in it, putting his chin in his palm and immediately drifting off. His eyes traveled down to the white envelope under his tapping fingers, a small blush creeping across his cheeks. He'd made this letter for Yuki, but there was no way it was going to be delivered.

"Ooooh, Jace is an idiot!" Eric called quietly, whipping his laught-tears off his face.
Eric stopped at Olivia's driveway, waiting for his friend to grab the anime from her house.
"So, Christina, who do you like?" Eric asked, grinning at Jace's look of fear and disgust at the fact that he'd actually ask his crush that directly. The only reason he really was able to, in truth, was because it was teasing Jace, not making it obvious that he himself had a crush on Christina.

"We gotta pay first!" Reth laughed, trying to slow Annie's questions down. He pulled out a five-dollar bill and let the machine take it, turning to the screen as it began to count down from three. He smiled in the first shot, but tried to make strange faces for the rest of the flashes. He couldn't see what Annie was doing, but could imagine the expressions she was putting on. A pink 'Thank you!' flashed on top of a blue and purple screen once the booth was finished snapping photos, and Reth got to his feet. He held the curtain open for Annie once more and grabbed the strip of pictures, holding it out so both of them could see.

((Would you mind if I made a few comic pages of this? I wanna practice and I thought it'd be kinda fun to use this thread ;w; ))

"Oh, jeez." Reth chuckled, looking down at the unflattering photo. "I'm gonna have to request this as my ID card picture next year."
He slipped the strip into his backpack and then swung the bag back over his shoulder. The sun was already setting, but that didn't mean it was late. The season was fall, and that meant dissapointingly early darkness. Still, Reth didn't know the area too well, so they would probably have to be leaving soon.
"What else do you want to do?" He asked, turning to Annie. They hadn't done any games yet, and that was what she'd wanted to pick from. However, they'd have to do some brain-storming to be able to play and not have anyone notice that there wasn't a person there.

    ((Haha, yay!))

"I'm fine, just..." Nin looked up at the stranger and stopped, his hands frozen on a stack of semi-crumpled papers. This was someone he had not seen before. Were they in his house? He didn't know everyone in Slytherin... "Cut up." He finally finished.

Kyo looked over at the purple-haired student with narrowed eyes as he shifted to different positions. Yuki didn't look very comfortable.
"You okay?" He whispered, leaning back in his seat so he could see Yuki instead of the girl in between them.

Awesome, because I wasn't sure I'd be able to role-play as Kaoru XD
Maybe the plot could be kind of like, since Hikaru is way into Haruhi and wants to spend more time with her, Kaoru could be trying to get closer to someone else?
    I dunno, is that fine?

    Okay!
    I don't know how they'd get together or anything, they rarely met in the games baha ;-;
I'll just start and we'll make it work XD

N hurried inside the sliding doors of the Pokemon Center, cradling the unconscious Zorua in his arms. Stupid, stupid, stupid! Why did he bring out that Pokemon to fight with Hilda? It wasn't even close to her level! His grey eyes flitted down to the little creature and he bit his lip.
    What...A line?!
Since when did the Pokemon Center have a line?
N quietly swore to himself, looking every which way and turning on his heels with nervousness. He'd have to wait at least half an hour to get to the front, and half of these people were only boosting their Pokemon's health! If they had this many customers they should at least make an emergency line!

    Okay : D

It was finally quiet. No more giggly girls, no more god forsaken flirting, and no more obnoxious yelling. Just Kyoya and his end-of-the-day-calculations, sprawled across a sheet of paper in careful, precise writing. Without this time he spent on math equations, the Host Club would surely collapse. This is why they needed Kyoya, they needed him more than any of the other members, and he told himself this regularly. Sometimes, however, he could not convince even him. It seemed that he was invited to activities only by Tamaki, but even now those invitations were becoming fewer in number. Why was Tamaki ceasing to pay much attention to him? Haruhi. Haruhi Fujioka was the answer. She had captured the hearts of the entire number of club members they had. Minus Kyoya. He did not understand how any of them would have time for an actual relationship with all of the school work that had to be done.
He pulled his glasses off of his face to whip the lenses clean, closing his eyes and leaning back in his chair. Normally he did not wonder off into thoughts like these, but when he did he could not be focused for some time after, which made trying to do math equations near pointless. Kyoya rubbed his temples and let out a tired sigh, dropping his pen and setting his elbows on the table.

Kyoya looked away from the paper, folding his hands behind his back and straightening up. He studied the guitar and then the girl, who clearly had not gone to the school for very long.
"Certainly, go right ahead." He said with one of his practiced smiles. It seemed that even with the rest of the club members gone, Kyoya would not get a break from his fake personality. It was quite tiring sometimes, he'd have to check and double-check all of his lines and actions, making certain that it would please this stranger.

Yup XD It's just because N's a creepy perv that only wants to battle gullible little girls Nooooo, wwhhaaaaaattt??? I didn't--Nope, that, I didn't say that, it was that old guy over there. Mhm.

N's mouth fell open in shock as he was given a revive and potion by a complete stranger. He stared at the medicine for a moment before snapping his head back up to catch what this person looked like. He did seem a little familiar... He looked back down as Zorua stirred from the revive, smiling gently and handing the potion to the small Pokemon in his arms. After a minute the fox-like creature was returned to its Pokeball and placed in its friend's pocket.
N took a few small steps, looking both ways from the Pokemon Center's doors. Even in such a small town, how was he supposed to find someone he'd only glanced at? Black hair, glasses. Black hair, glasses. That's all he really remembered. Actually, the stranger had boughten quite a few healing items. Perhaps he was going on a small journey.
He didn't have much to do that day anyways.
It was cloudy and slightly humid when N left the building, taking a right to start with. He'd have to check all of the places trainers normally stopped at in a new town first, but there was still a chance that the person was visiting a relative or close friend.
He opened the door to the Pokemart and scanned the people, shutting it in disappointment. Time to check the houses. Everyone left their doors unlocked, so N simply came and left with the majority of the homes, but their numbers were running low and he was beginning to wonder if the stranger was still in town. He looked up from his feet and nearly slapped his own forehead with frustration as he caught sight of the gym. N quickly ran up to the glass door, yanking it open and stepping inside.
    A maze. Of course.
He could always wait by the entrance...A gym battle couldn't take that long, could it? As he stood awkwardly in the front of the building a man approached him with furrowed eyebrows.
"You gonna battle or not?" He grumbled.
    "Eh, no, I--"
"Well, get out!" He cut off N's explanation, ushering the green-haired boy out of the gym.
Plan B--wait beside the door outside.

The stillness of the old music room was disrupted as Kyoya began to gather his things and place them in his bag, each item gently being set in their designated spot. When he had everything in their perfect order he pushed his chair out and got to his feet, pulling his shiny black shoes on and straightening some of the furniture before his departure. As he approached the door with an arm outstretched to turn the knob, he stopped. It wasn't as if he wanted to go home. Why leave if he was done with his work? Why not relax? Kyoya thought about this for a moment and nodded to himself, deciding that taking a quick nap on the couch wouldn't affect anything. As he made to turn away something caught his eye. The door was open, and not only was it open, but irregular colors were lined up in the crack. Kyoya grabbed the side of the wood, pulling it open with one hand. He frowned slightly.
"Kaoru?" He questioned, folding his arms and narrowing his eyes at the twin.

Oho, but isn't he doing both? How else could he challenge a single person so many times throughout a single game without knowing every detail about their life? What? That wasn't--No, that was definitely me.

"Ah!" N unfolded his arms and snapped his attention back from his own mind as a boy with black hair and glasses exited the gym, heading past him and towards the next route. "Wait!"
He stumbled after his first step in his hurry, catching himself ungracefully and running after the stranger. He definitely needed to exercise more, because within the short distance of catching up with the trainer, N was already winded. "Eh, wait, wait." He panted, holding a finger up and pressing his other hand on his knee as he tried to catch his breath. "I gotta--just a second--" He took some money out of his pocket and held it out to the stranger. "Thank you for the revive and potion. I'm N."

Kyo narrowed his eyes further. "No, you're not." He said, raising his hand. He couldn't exactly ask for Yuki to go to the nurse, but he could make something up. When the teacher called his name he turned his eyes towards them. "I don't feel so good, can I go to the nurse?" Kyo asked.
"Of course." The teacher nodded, leaning over to write a pass for their student.
"Eh, could I have an escort?"
"Yuki, go with him." They said, not looking up from their writing. Of course they'd pick Yuki, as Kyo had hoped. He was one of the most academically stable students in the school.

"Are you implying that you are fake?" He asked, continuing to use his own fake voice. A sudden urge to laugh at his own sentence came upon Kyoya, but he was, as this stranger had said, a good actor, and it was easy to hold it in. He had never thought he'd say that, in fact he'd never thought that line in his life. It was all in all strange and suggestive.
He couldn't help but admire this girl's ability to see through his act, however. The only other people able to do that would be the club members.
